Jack (the store manager) is awesome! He took the time to help me set up my Checkpoint with a new adjustable stem, and adjusted my seat for me. He also cleaned my brakes. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his customers. I watched him help a father get a new bike for his daughter - he has a great way with people. Thanks Jack!

Rick's fantastic! I came in somewhat irritated when the cable on the drop seat broke on the bike I had just purchased. Rick was patient and understanding and got my bike back to me in no time. I forget the other gentleman's name ( it started with a "C" i think). He was also very kind and informative. The experience I had ultimately led me to coming back and purchassing another bicycle for my fiancee as well. Thank you!

The young man who assisted me was most helpful. I am having problems I never had when I was younger with a hand and/or foot falling asleep on long rides, and he suggested I get a bike fitting. When I asked him where I could get this done, he suggested Matt Tinkey at UPMC Bike Fitting and wrote the information on my receipt. I am most thankful for his assistance.
