I have been a customer of Trek Peters Township since 2020. Great service, attentive staff, usually have what I need in stock. Or they can get it within a few days. It's also a welcoming store and I enjoy hanging out there from time to time. I'm in the store on an average of once a week. They are not just a store. They are friends.

The bike technicians are very well trained and "repair" work is done quickly and as promised. The sales people are friendly and knowledgable about the Trek products.

Helpful team and never pressured to buy a bike. Prefer over the competitor located in south hill village. I was assisted with a quick brake adjustment when I brought my kids bike. Will come back for a bike and service
