I came to the store 2 days in a row for different issues with my bike along with my son’s bike. I was welcomed, everyone was kind and attentive. Both issues with our bikes were addressed by the mechanics in the shop, quickly and effectively.

The store and employees were great they walked me through everything and even installed my accessories I purchased in store. What I am upset about it after I got home and rode the bike I found out the brakes installed on my FX2 are Rush brakes and not the Tektro brakes that they are advertised with. These brakes on this bike are garbage and I will be contacting the store back after the Memorial Day holiday.

The staff at your Shadyside store were very welcoming and attentive. I needed a basket for my granddaughter’s bicycle so we could see if it would hold her TNP. They went out of their way to locate it, order it and call when it came in - in Pink! And it worked.
