Hello! I brought my son's bike in to the Shadyside store for a new tire, and left with a new bike ;) That was somewhat part of the plan, however, I wanted to let you know that I haven't forgot about the 'old' bike, we just got caught up with a weekend schedule, and I haven't been able to get back. I will promise to get there by the weekend. Thanks again

I can walk in to the store and have my bike fixed right on the spot quickly. I've done this a couple of times for things like brake pads or gears needing to be adjusted and the tech is always courteous and takes care of the issue quickly.
