Connor Mulvaney was great. Stopped what he was doing when I came in Saturday afternoon, asked about my needs and gave me an assessment of my bike right on the spot! Work was done on time as forecasted. I took my bike out to highland park for a spin and it rode beautifully. Thank you. Your shop exceeded my expectations. I have no basis to evaluate your pricing but it seemed high to me. Nevertheless, I wanted quality work and parts so that must be what it costs.

Very easy, everyone was super nice, great service. You guys really love bikes and want the people buying bikes from you to love their bike and love riding it. This seems more important to you than just selling a bike.
