I love the peace and quiet at Town Hall Terrace, friendly neighbors always make our day,the grounds always look clean and beautiful wether it's fall,winter,spring or summer it's beautiful. The girls at the office are wonderful ,they're very efficient and proffesional. And another 1 of the things that I love is the view from my balcony is AWESOME,it brings me peace and comfort,I can enjoy the nature God created,presisly for us to enjoy.

The older neighbors are all really friendly. The younger people are quiet and keep to themselves. The only reason i didnt give a "10" rating is because the parking lot is always completely full at night

It's quiet and the grounds are well-maintained. Only thing I would like to see changed is that even though the pool has been deemed "closed" due to no lifeguard at this point, it's still nice outside and would like it if there was a "use at your own risk" policy until the summer season is truly over.

Great Office and Maintenance people. If you have a problem they do everything that they can to resolve your problem. Also Snow removal has GREATLY improved since the new owner took over.

Office and Maintenance folks are the best. They care about our comfort, the shape the property is in, attention to maintenance and listening to our concerns and trying to find resolution. This is the best apartment complex on Grand Island. We plan on staying for a long time!

I love the neighborhood and being able to walk my dog around the block. There hasn’t been a maintenance issue that wasn’t taken care of relatively quickly. The neighbors in my building are respectful. Your neighbors in your building will determine whether you’ll have a peaceful experience and fortunately for me that hasn’t been an issue. I’d recommend living here based primarily on your neighbors. I’m disappointed in the rent increase and I find it unreasonable, and this concern will cause me to find a new place next year given the unpredictability.
