I've lived at Town Hall Terrace for almost 10 years and in the last 3-4 years it has been managed by Reidman. One thing I have to say that stands out is their quick responses and resolutions to maintenance requests or emergencies. They are also really good with communication by email for any updates regarding the apartments, hours, or anything that is occurring in the community that we should know about. Since taking over they have invested a lot of resources to renovating the apartments especially all the new patios/terraces. In the spring and summer it's a great area to take walks, ride your bike, or use the swimming pool. I believe they plan on adding a playground in the near future. I really love this community and would like to stay for another 10 years but there will be a time when our family needs to find a house. I will be sad when that day comes because I will miss this community and the staff at Reidman
