Townhall Terrace has been perfect for me. It's well-maintained, and the grounds are very inviting and attractive. Maintenance staff are always polite and prompt. The pool is consistently clean and warm, and the office staff is helpful and friendly. It's quiet and centrally located on the island, near the entrance and exit to 190. Shopping and conveniences are nearby. Emergency services are just around the corner.

I love the community of neighbors. I love the park like setting. The response to my maintenance request is reasonably swift and competent. Office folks are friendly and listen to complaints and do their best to resolve them. The infrastructure of the buildings is old and needs frequent repair. But maintenance is doing their best to keep up with repairs.

Very friendly accommodating office staff. Close to thruway to visit family in Niagara Falls & Amherst. Also close to stores. Upgrading of apartments was a plus. Have rented here for over 20 years.
