PLEASE replace the lining on the vertical pull up/ knee raise equipment. PLEASE. Every time I use it it cuts my elbows and I will put pads on my elbows moving forward but PLEASE it is gross and unsanitary and painful.

I recently started working here as a personal trainer, and love the environment here! There’s constantly a steady flow of members, my co-workers are great to work with and very friendly. My daughter enjoys working out here and having access to the lobby, too!

Love this program. The best teacher by far was the last guy we had for week four. He was just a natural talent teacher. I felt really confident by the end of the program and how to do strokes and even do the Olympic kick off of the wall. Was super happy with the course and would absolutely recommend anyone.
