Steve was really helpful...many bike shots there is a hipster vibe that the owners/workers are judging you - but Steve took the time to thoughtfully answer questions and make recommendations. I would highly recommend Trace Bikes.

Trace Bikes is a great! I had them service two older bikes that were in rough shape and both were brought back to life. I also decided to buy a new Trek mountain bike. I had to order exactly what I wanted but they had it ready to go for me in a couple days. The technology of the new bike is far more advanced that my old bike and they did a great job walking me through the features.

I called first to be sure the store had the bicycle I was looking for. Spencer was very helpful and gave me good information. When I arrived to the store and was looking at the bike I was interested in, the young man on staff (Chris I believe) asked if I had any questions and asked if I would like to take it outside for a test ride, which I did. I was shown colors and accessory options for the bike I chose as well as given a description of the warranty. Trace Bikes offers free adjustments the first year which is very helpful. Very happy I found this great store for my biking needs.

Trace bikes, set my bike up just for me. They made sure that my fork had the right amount of air in it and that the rebound was adjusted properly. They recommended some parts that I liked and installed them. Trace bikes was very good at communicating to me when my bike was ready for pick up.

Flat tire - came in and was fixed promptly while I went to lunch (as well as adjusting front gear thing which wasn't even reported to the tech).
