Tracey was fantastic in every way: she had great judgment in how to paint and prep our house for sale without spending more money than necessary. She also helped us work through some unexpected events that occurred, going way out of her way to help us meet deadlines. Her judgment in pricing the house and negotiating multiple offers led to us getting better than the asking price. All along she was readily available by text, email and phone. Her long experience in the Ann Arbor market was clearly a real benefit in all of these things. Perhaps most important she is a kind, empathic person: she made us comfortable and eases the stress we felt during a tumultuous time. We’d highly recommend her to anyone!
