It was a wonderful experience working with Carrie and Tracy. They returned every phone call or text promptly, and always had an answer for each question. They took the time to learn the property that they were showing so that they were prepared. i was not a big time buyer, but I felt like I was treated the same as the person buying a half million dollar home. Polite, professional and friendly, I can certainly see why they have won many awards. Very hard workers, very people oriented. And I love my little house!

When I first met Carrie and Trace a year ago, I was meeting with a couple of agencies to make a selection of who to work with. The Lowes came to my hotel in Tawas and explained their process clearly. They were very friendly and not high pressure. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my property. When the land did not sell last year they took it off the market. Once early spring hit they promptly reached out to repost the property. They utilized a variety of social media and print media to advertise the land. I am happy I decided to work with The Lowe Team and Real Estate One!

Tracy and Carrie are great!!!! We purchased a property recently that should have been a very simple deal. Due to circumstances on the seller's side it was becoming increasingly complicated and looked like it was going to end poorly. Tracy and Carrie were able to make it happen professionally and on time. The Lowe's kept in constant contact with us so we always knew what was going on and what the next step would be. They made a difficult deal very smooth on our end and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and dedication to their clients.
