Tracy far exceeded my expectations at every opportunity. I first learned how helpful she is when she drove my son and I to pick up a U-haul truck after our first meeting. She continued by not only being available every day (including holidays) to answer all of my questions but she even traveled to the house to let in workers and approve their work when I was out of the state. Tracy was fantastic.

Tracy is hands down the best in her field. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows all the ins and outs of the market, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. She made the entire process feel approachable and stress free. On top of her expertise, she is warm, personable, and goes above and beyond, right down to thoughtful housewarming gifts that show how much she truly cares. Tracy made my home sale so easy. I went away on a short trip and came back ready to close. Tracy prepped the house to make it look pleasing, showed the house and had a strategy for managing offers, communicated promptly with me, and arranged the inspections all while I was away. When I returned I thought I should have had her furnish the house while I was living there. The whole process was too easy. I would definitely recommend Tracy to anyone selling their home.
