Top quality e-bikes, excellent customer service - ie staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me all the time I needed to test- drive a bike, tweak the seat, answer questions. Staff helped me attach my new bike rack ( purchased elsewhere) to my car. Post sale service ie free tweaks/ bike check ups, and a free Level Two big check up is valuable!!
