You had EXACTLY what we needed (which I didn't expect; 4 tires for 2 bikes with exactly the perfect colour) of very high quality (made in France and made in Japan) AND the person helping us was fast and confident in choosing them for us

We were passing through and only had one day to ride. We had an amazing experience renting bikes from Trail Bicycles. Super easy process, friendly and knowledgable staff, and the bikes were amazing and had zero problems!! Our only suggestion would be providing some small limited open hours on those days you are closed. We got into town Monday afternoon and would have liked to pick up the bikes earlier (before 10am Tuesday) so we had more time to ride. Overall excellent experience though. Thanks!
