I brought my bike in with brake issues. Though it was out of warranty, they sought a waiver from Trek and the repair was made without charge! Also, the work was done while I was at a doctor's appointment so I did not have to travel back to Tupelo to pick up the bike.
Terry was super helpful and patient. He never made me feel dumb even when I was asking stupid questions. He didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need, and explained what he was doing while still juggling other customers.
Matt was very helpful getting my bike set up. I brought the bike in with a flat tire and he gave me some good tips on replacement and prevention and spent a lot of time helping make sure everything was adjusted properly. He is a great ambassador for the sport.[FIRST NAME REMOVED] definitely be back.
There are several! Matthew is very friendly, knowledgable, and personally engaging with customers. He sees all shapes, sizes, and abilities and has no prejudice nor judgment toward them. I've watched him several times, and this "servant mentality" and complete lack of elitism shines through! I really appreciate the professional and competent service department. That's what initially led me to Trails and Treads several years ago, and what brings me back. I've bought two bikes and steered a friend to buy one at T&Ts, but the service and repair function is the magnet.
