Friendly service, you feel like you're as important as someone purchasing a new bike and I was only there for a tube/wheel problem, was attended to straight away. Great fast efficient service. Certainly, recommend Transition Cycles.

Always a pleasure to visit this store, amazing knowledge of the products they have in stock - even those they don’t! Booked our elderly gazelle e-bikes in for an overdue service - and then we walked out with two new “Trek” helmets! Our old ones were pretty “stuffed” (technical term) and we were more than happy with the Treks, fitting & explanation service was good too! Thanks to Michael & the team for their help & advice. Looking forward to picking up our Gazelles after the service & software updates.

i like that you are super nice and try to accommodate us - eg taking our bikes for a service while we are away for two weeks. i am sure you are strapped for space, so i really appreciate it. also like the super professional service and the fact that i can 100 percent rely on the work you do! best bicycle shop in nsw!
