The sales people were knowledgeable and not pushy. The general manager made things happen without complaint. The business manager was very efficient while being friendly and ensuring that all steps were completed properly. The service and parts people were very professional and we will return for sure.

From my first phone contact with the Receptionist, to meeting our Salesman Bruce, our experience has been terrific with the folks at Traveland RV in Edmonton ! Eleonora in Finance, and the helpful staff at Parts and Service, rounded out this most enjoyable buying process. Living a considerable distance from Edmonton made for extra challenges and effort for us, but the lovely previously owned Unit we purchased, and the folks we dealt with made this much less stressful and very manageable. Thanks to all !!

We liked the variety of trailers and layouts. We were very particular on our layout we were looking for. We also want quality products - some brands are cheap.
Our sale was good, the staff were friendly. The pickup was flawless and we did not leave until we were sure everything was ok. We appreciated that.
One small comment - we had asked our sales person twice about a tv in the bedroom and the mount and size required. Nothing was done and it was not until we picked it up that we had it installed when we talked to the parts. We were disappointed that Justin did not follow up. The only bad part with our experience.

We have been working with Traveland in Acheson for about 18 months now. From ordering our new Brinkley to financing to delivery to servicing. From top to bottom GM, Sales, Finance, Service - every single person we have dealt with has been outstanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We speak extremely highly of this dealership when speaking to friends and fellow RV’ers. We recently picked up our Brinkley from being serviced and couldnt be happier with how we were treated and the quality of the work. A huge shout out to Karla, Kris, Kayla and Mitch. Purchasing our Grand Design Series F was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn’t know the answer to our questions, they found someone who did.
