We had quick response and prompt action for all our inquiries, as well as excellent follow up. Our travel trailer arrived in Duncan and was detailed by very competent techies. When we picked the trailer up we were there for about five hours and given a thorough orientation. After service has also been great with multiple phone calls to sort out our newbie questions.
