They tell you everything upfront they go through everything such any issues or concerns they let you know the pricing is excellent and I could not be more satisfied with the service that we've received from Travel Land. We bought our trailer many years ago. We are legacy buyers of travelling trailers and Travelland and we continued with family tradition shopping there for our travel trailers. I walked into Travel Land RV in hopes of finding a part completely unrelated to RV-ing, but similar in use. It was for a hinge part for a cabinet on my boat. From the moment I walked in, the people at the parts department were extremely welcoming and wanted to make sure I was being looked after. When I showed them what I was looking for, they mentioned the hinge I was looking for was NOT something they stocked, but thought it might be something they could bring in. After spending a few minutes looking up the part in their catalog, the part was ordered and I was told they would notify me in a few days once it arrived. I have to say, during my time waiting, Travel Land was having a BBQ for customers and I was encouraged to go and enjoy a burger while I waited. I did just that and perhaps I was just hungry, I don’t know, but that was a very good burger. I’m looking forward to getting my part and returning to Travel Land RV to say thank you again!

As a newbie rv owner, I’m nervous about learning all there is to learn about rvs. We had our rv winterized in the fall and dewinterized in spring. Mick is an amazing and thoughtful customer service representative and was able to attend to our needs. Taylor, was patient and thorough in his explanation of winterizing and dewinterizing.
