Traveland truly went above and beyond for me. First I was having problems with a trailer I hadn’t purchased there and they fit me in. Then when my wife and I decided we wanted to upgrade to one of their units they had on display, they took such good care of us. We live out of town and had limited time and they worked late to accommodate us. Even post sale, when a few issues were discovered, they’ve been super helpful and agreed to fix those at no cost to me. I’d highly recommend them and specifically Adam at the Langley location.
If I were to critique a couple things:
1. The orientation was rushed and the guy that gave us the orientation didn’t seem super familiar with the unit. Ask lots of questions and take your time during this step. It’ll help you later.
2. I was reassured multiple times that my truck was sufficient to pull the trailer and squatted terribly when I attached the new one. Do your own homework ahead of time on not just tow capacity, but also payload (including people and gear plus tongue weight). We ended up having to buy a bigger truck, which was not planned.
Vicky was very knowledgeable. All staff were very friendly.
We had a missed item on our blue sheet when we came to pick up RV but they worked diligently to work towards a solution as well as picked up some other issues on orientation that they dealt with immediately as well. All aspects from sale to insurance to warranty were dealt with efficiently.
Service has been good. I had a few problems with my motorhome that were the manufactorers problem. Traveland did the best they could. The one part was to do with the hydraulic manifold. They got the part in and 2 mobile service personal had it installed the next day.
I have used Traveland’s mobile service for my RV for a number of years. Service reps are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Always pleased with their service, as well as the friendly reception desk! 😁
