Jason in service made what was a stressful water leak while away on our trip a completely positive experience. On his own time he walked me through over the phone and we located the source of the water. Happy an appointment booked for our return date and everything was delt with. Just waiting on the warranty approval from Jayco and parts delivery.

We purchased a 2025 Odyssey Entegra 24B from Traveland. Our unit is beautiful! It takes a lot of questions and coordination to bring it all together. Vicky (our sales person), Ryan (paperwork and warranties) and Marlo (parts and service) were all amazing! We would highly recommend Travelland RV to anyone looking for an RV.

Well, to start off with you have great products! When we left the ground (camping in a tent) our first purchase from Traveland RV in Langley was a tent trailer. Loved it. And it served its purpose for a couple of years. Then we bought to our first pull trailer. I believe it was a Jaco Eagle lite? It was a really nice trailer, but after a few years my husband wanted an upgrade so we purchased an Grande Design Imagine - my favourite trailer with beautiful siding, pull outs and just about everything you could want in a pull trailer. We were in this trailer about five years and finally decided to sell it as camping had slowed down in our lives. But it wasn’t long till we regretted the decision so he jumped back in three years ago and bought our forever retirement RV. We are now camping in luxury with our Brinkley fifth wheel. Three massive slides, fireplace, pantry, island, full-size fridge, king size bed, the list goes on and on. We’ve dealt with three salesman over the last 30 odd years, all of them, professional, and well informed. So that covers the sales part of this review. Then there’s the reality of repairs, service check ups, little add-ons/upgrades here and there over the years. We’ve always taken our units back to Traveland RV service department choosing to stay with the family - not going out and trying to get work done with unknowns. And trust me I did investigate this a couple of times but always made the right decision to come back for our service work to Traveland RV in Langley. And I am so relieved that we’ve stayed with the Traveland service department because they’ve always taken excellent care of our investments and us! They have accommodated us at every turn with our awkward schedules. Have never pushed anything on us to try and make an extra buck. Rasan, our service rep, had been so patient and doesn't seem to mind repeating herself when I keep asking the same questions! Over the years we've had a couple tricky problems that other people might’ve walked away from, but they persevered, found solutions, fixed things and even helped us get things sorted that were perhaps borderline warranty to make sure we wouldn’t get charged unnecessarily. I’d specifically like to mention Rasan as she has been our service person for the last few years. The continuity is excellent because she has gotten to know us well and I think the same goes for all the service staff. I feel building a service relationship is incredibly valuable just for my comfort zone when I walk in and know that person will remember me and know our RV and will genuinely want to help me. I’m going to miss Rasan as she’s heading out on maternity leave (congratulations girl!) but since she’s already connected us with Jason as our new service rep, so I’m not walking in wondering who’s gonna be there to help. And I already know Jason is gonna be there for us just like Rasan was. We really truly appreciate the excellent service we get from Traveland RV Langley, If you’re looking for excellent RV selection and inventory with knowledgable sales people you can’t go wrong at Traveland RV Langley. And I cannot encourage you more to stay with them for your service and part needs. When you walk in those front doors, you will be greeted with a big smile, directed where you need to go, and whether you’re there to buy an RV or get service done, they will make sure you don’t leave there until you’re fully satisfied. We have referred family, friends, and countless people who have walked up to us, asking about our RVs over the years. We tell everyone to go to Traveland RV in Langley.

The service we have received since we purchased our trailer is always done in a timely manner and the people in customer service and the service department are helpful and friendly. This is our second trailer from traveland and I would pay a third trailer from them if we were to trade it in the future. We have a grand design and are happy with it. Brendan Payne in service is amazing and knowledgeable, we always ask for him if we can
