I purchased my CamperVan in 2024. Since then I have had the maintenance and a few minor issues fixed, found on my first trip. A more major oops, completely my oops. She followed it through the entire process ensuring installation and insured resolved to my satisfaction. Also explained what had to be done. I have been fortunate to have Ashley Smyth has my Service Associate. She is very professional, follows through with every commitment. Responds quickly if I call about something. She is very personable making dealing with her and Traveland RV easy. As for products I have purchased a few. All great quality and a few unique, fun I would also like to comment on the overall feeling when you are in Traveland RV Airdrie. Always get a smile and friendly welcome from the Reception area. Entire staff, as I look at the new inventory while I wait for whatever I was in for. I purchased my RV from a Super Salesman named Cory. I walked past him on the phone, he smiled and when he finished he came to ask how I was and was I enjoying the RV. That purchase was 2 years ago! Very professiona team, big shout out to Krystina in sales, John, Kyle and Marlik. No gimmicks or foul tricks in the business ooffice. Verbal agreements were kept, which is not the norm anymore. Even though Traveland has a monopoly for western Canada on the brand we were interested in they were able to outprice US dealers without putting up a fight.

The team was good to deal with. Only thing is something they checked took maybe overall 1-2 minutes & to get charged kinda sucks. Trailer was purchased under a yr ago & to check a possible leak where antifreeze was poured then came back to check it, customer shouldn’t get charged especially if it is for a warranty item.

Great inventory, worked with me to get to the number I was comfortable paying. Great customer service all around to the sales, finance department and the GM as well. If I had any questions about the unit they brought the mechanic to answer questions and explain things in depth which was huge for me. Felt like a family when I walked in there, Would be very happy to do business with them again
