Service Rep Desiree Tachit is awesome!! Looks after our needs and does her best to complete in a timely fashion. Very respectful and keeps use in the loop. As far as the Cougar 5th wheel we love it and hopefully with the bedroom slide problem repaired the 2026 camping season will be great. Trveland as whole is a great place to deal.
