We enjoyed walking around Traveland RV. We were not expecting to purchase a Class C that day or anything for that matter. I walked into this motorhome, thought it was brand new (2020) I was shocked, it was immaculate, beautiful layout. I wanted it. Thank you Jonathan our sales man for helping me to make the decision to get a Class C over another trailer. All the business, parts and service people were friendly, happy, personable, no pressure. The office and parts department, is very inviting. I highly recommend to check out Traveland RV. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My wife and I decided we wanted to trade our trailer in on a larger, used model, and we worked with Craig Allen to find something suitable. Craig was very helpful, honest and friendly, and we never felt under pressure with him. Doug processed the sale and did a great job explaining things to us and stick handling the process. Toby explained the features of different possible add-on components and steered us through the orientation with our "new-to-us" Jayco. The whole experience was quite pleasant! Thanks everyone!

Good quality products and very helpful team. Had to escalate a recent service/warranty cost concern due to a communication breakdown, but had excellent customer service provided by the general manager who resolved the issue very quickly.

It would be nice if the unit was returned to the owner clean. On severalnoccassions I have had service done and warranty work and the unit has been returned dirty inside. Gravel and dirt on the floors, debris ( pipes and pieces of wood and saw dust) left in the basement near the water heater and pump. Be nicer if more care was taken to clean up after the work was done. Appreciate the service and repairs, not the extra work for myself.
