The staff at travel land are very approachable and knowledgeable of the products they represent. The facility in Grande Prairie is one of or if not the best dealerships in the area Abe our sales associate was very friendly and worked with us through the whole process of our sale. Bob the finance manager was organized and thorough. Bob was able to explain in great detail all the products and warranties that the dealership had to offer. Kamar the RV representative that walked us through our delivery of the RV was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kamar walked us through every part of the RV and showed us the operating and owner maintenance we need to be aware of. Once the delivery was performed Kamar took us to the service section of the dealership to introduce is to Travel lands team. Kamar assisted us with recommendations on products we putchased to help us enjoy our upcoming camping season

We appreciate Bill in service. We had a problem with our trailer that we attempted to get fixed locally, but it wasn’t a great experience. We contacted Bill and brought our trailer to GP. Bill and the service team got our trailer repaired and were wonderful to deal with. His honest communication and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer was appreciated!

I like that Mitch and mike are able to find every part that i need for my rv, did i mention they find me the original part. Not some knock of part. Sometimes it takes them a bit. If you leave it with them they will get it done and find those correct parts. They also do really good work. It’s is more on the expensive side but id rather pay more and get the job done correctly the first time. I deal with the grande prairie store mostly.
