The service was awesome , Jenifer was friendly, kind and was professional, was also easy to deal with and took the extra time to explain the bill as the layout was kind of confusing.
As for the work that I got done , the bearing repack and inspection was great, they did a good job on that happy with that value
However For the price I paid for a roof reseal and slide out inspection I would expect way more than what I got, to each their own but I didnt see the value in the service I purchased, definitely feel ripped off for The physical work that was done was VS price paid

We were treated very well - everyone was professional and friendly. If I had to give one complaint it would be that the service dept didn't communicate well with each other and the sales people. I had multiple texts and phone calls from various people about the same thing before we arrived. And the dewinterizing was supposed to be done but wasn't - but we could do that so it was ok. Jim and Bob were wonderful - and the man who showed us our unit (sorry cant remember his name - he was top notch). Thanks again for a great experience.
