They sell the best bikes, color, sizes etc. if they dont have it, they'll order it for you. My order arrived within 3days. Nick is very helpful, his willingness to help and answer all my questions makes me more comfortable knowing about bikes. Shaun as well is very friendly and good on what he do. Thank you Trek SW!

Salesman listened to what I intended to use the bike for (old guy cruising the neighborhood, last real bike was a hardtail mountain bike in the early 90's), and the bike that I thought I wanted based on my research. Salesman agreed that I picked the right bike for my needs. It's a base model they had to order, no attempt at an upsell to something that was in stock, but I had no use for.

First off...my family and I absolutely love the community bike rides Trek hosts from time to time! Second, bike service is next-level from the mechanic team. Always dialing our bikes and keeping us on the trail! Finally, front of the house team is always dialed on everything Trek!
