TREK products provide outstanding quality and performance. Relocated from Az and extremely pleased to have found and visited your Las Vegas location. Previously owned a TREK mountain bike and will be back for another! I very recently purchased a TREK bike for my granddaughter and she loves it! A warm and friendly place. I took my bike for a service and the repair technician was knowledgeable and effective. I also bought my kid a bike and the sales rep was very accommodating.

I like all the people in the shop that I’ve gotten to know in the past three years. Sean, Eric, Tom, Chris, Nick. I just had my level two service completed and my bike looks great and it’s riding good. My bike is 35 years old. The gears are shifting well. I was told the person was a new tech, I’m really not sure of the name and I have not met the person yet. Did a great job on my bike! All the upgrades I made to my bike in the last three years have worked out and I’m happy with everything.

I appreciate how clearly everything was explained to me — no confusion, no pressure, just honest recommendations. The quality of service, attention to detail, and respectful customer care really stood out. It gave me confidence that my bike was in good hands. Overall, their expertise, communication, and commitment to doing things the right way are what I value most about their products and services.
