My Trek bike has been an absolute game-changer. The build quality is fantastic, it’s smooth, sturdy, and just a joy to ride. But what really stood out to me was the service. Ricardo Manzano, the store manager, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, walked me through the options without any pressure, and made sure I left with the perfect fit. It’s rare to find that kind of personal attention and expertise these days. Between the top-notch bike and the amazing customer care, I’m a happy Trek customer!
