I walked in yesterday determined to get a bicycle that was just right for my needs. I was listened to and suggestions were made. Within a few minutes I was offered to take a bike on a test ride, just leave a credit card and ID. It made all the difference in my making a decision. I have 2 Cannondale bikes that I have had serviced there for more than 5 years. The quality of service has been excellent & the staff always helpful. The only issue is that the staff is so helpful and has so much product knowledge, that if crowded, you may have to wait until previous customer has every question answered. I’m more than happy to be patient.
