My first mountain bike was a Trek which I owned for a little over 12 years. My second is still going strong with a different owner, but I had it for seven years before upgrading to an e-bike. Trek makes a quality bike and the staff who sold it to me and repair it are great. They don't attempt to upsell me and are honest about the attention the bike needs.

Employees at Trek 72nd are always super nice and never pushy, I only trust them with my bikes and I’ve been riding in the city for 20+ years. It’s not the cheapest but in NYC you get what you pay for and here you get great service!
