I brought my old model Trek in for some serious rehab work. The technician who took the order was patient and candid with me, explaining exactly what I should expect, given the bike's deferred maintenance condition. A few days later, I was sent a very detailed description of recommended replacement parts & repairs. The work was completed at a fair price, within a few days and I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received. The guys did a really terrific job and I will certainly be back and will absolutely recommend the shop to others!
