I went to get my son’s bike tire repaired, and they gave the whole bike a tune-up at the same time. I was really happy with the result, and the staff helped me lift it into my car when I picked it up.

Went in with a minor question regarding the shifting of my Trek gravel bike…the store manager was very helpful and could not have been nicer. I like supporting my LBS and will continue to go to this shop for my service and future bike accessory purchases.

I took my bike in for a tune up and needed repair. Although it took a week to get it back as they were so busy the bike is like new and I'm very happy with what Marcus did. He really knows his bikes and great at recommending things to improve your ride. I will be going back to Trek for good service!

I brought my Trek in for servicing, and the service manager explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. The service was completed within three days, and I received an email detailing what was done and the price. Competent and friendly staff and the shop is so clean and organized.

Dropped in to discuss a tire problem, Marcus jumped on my wheel like a tour mechanic, promptly trying to see what was going on. Was able to spoon on one tire with difficulty, but there was something not quite right with them? Using the Trek TLR system for tubeless tires the brand I'd bought wasn't easy, if even possible to use with TLR. Opted to buy two new Maxxis hoops which Marcas had mounted with sealant and aired up before I could say thank you!

I think Trek is a high quality product with the best build quality. I like that I can bring my bike to a local shop to support the store and they can support me in my purchase.
