The people at the Trek store in Alamo were very patient in taking the time to open the package of a new bike electric air pump to show me how to use it with it’s various attachments and which buttons to push and for how long. It was a relief to get such support in learning to use a new high-tech tool without spending long hours in trial and error in practice. Without the in store prep, I would be trying to interpret the sketchy drawings in the typical user manual written in 6 different languages. 🤔

I was very impressed by the service I received by the TREK team and the work that was done on my Gran Turismo Wilier road bike. This has been the best bike service experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and competent. Marcus did a fabulous job and my 11 year old bike is now running better than ever. This is after several poor experiences at other bike stores and other technicians telling me that my bike couldn't be fixed and I should just get a new one. Thank you, Marcus, for a great job done.

Friendly service. I find myself with more questions than in the past so I frequent the store more often. I am always welcomed by name and my questions and concerns addressed. The staff is knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy of the care of my precious goods. Sounds simple enough but we all know this kind of service is not what we've come to expect in most service industries. So yes, kudos Alamo Trek!
