Knowledgeable, friendly staff helped us source a new tire, matching the tread as closely as possible on the remaining tire. Tuned up the bike and returned it to a delighted 11 year old young girl, with the gears and brakes adjusted, safe and ready to ride! Thank you!

Adam was great, we had a handful of things we needed to buy (helmet, bottle holder, spare innertube) and he zipped on through to get us what we needed, helped with the sizing / fitting on the helmet, we felt well taken care of! Always love the customer service we get from Trek/Alamo!

I really like the people who work at the stores. Joe and Adam were superb and really nice. I came in for essentially roadside service. I was riding my “second bike” and they got me back on the road after a really pleasant time with them and with two beautiful new tires which in my heart I knew I needed. No pressure, just friendliness and professionalism.
