The guys in Alamo are happy and want to help you. They don't look at you or approach you as if they are about to make a sale, the come across as a friend whom just wants to help. I absolutely hate store and spending money but I have no issue spending money in that store. I have purchased two road bikes in December of 2025 and keep coming in, those guys are all awesome. I got a flat while on my afternoon ride. I had changed the tube on the side of the road when I got the flat. I stopped in the shop to make sure the tire pressure was correct and pick up a new spare. The guys at the shop got me taken care of immediately and I was back out on my ride in under 5 minutes. Thanks!
