Brought my bike in for a tuneup and replacement of brake pads. The service tech did a thorough assessment and I left with an good understanding of the work that was going to be completed. The work was promised for one week but was done in three days with no problems or exceptions. Excellent service and very capable mechanics. I have recommended the shop to others.

Staff was very attentive and patient to let us try the bike, to make sure the rider feels comfortable with the bike. After purchase, staff helps with making sure the bike seat is comfortable. Staff is also knowledgeable to give some advice on what bike riding smoother. Thank you very much for everything!
