I am very pleased with the service I received all around! From the moment I walked through the doors initially, to the moment I picked up my bike on the next visit. I knew I wanted to buy a bike but wasn't sure on the specifics. The staff here helped me pick out the perfect bike and I couldn't be happier!! I love LOVE my new Trek bike! Thank you Trek!

Every time I’ve been in the store it’s been for smaller purchases. Every person I have encountered in the store has been very friendly, helpful and attentive and never pushy or overbearing. A lot of shops in town have eliteist attitude employees. Trek does not. When I’m ready to buy the new bike I’m going to Trek and only Trek. It’s the only bike shop I’ll go to.

Alex in the repair department took excellent care of the older bike I brought in and made some good recommendations on tires and a pump. Very pleased with the outcome. I;ll be back for another fix on the handlebars.

Trek bicycles are reliable and fun and there is a bike for every type or riding. The repair shops does a great job and always tries to get your bike repaired, or tuned up, and gets you back on the road or trail as fast as possible.

Service department goes above and beyond checking bike out and only recommends current issues to be addressed. Very responsive and very reasonable prices.

The brand Trek is a huge selling point to us. The products are reliable, quality-driven and current to new technology and availability; the service is more about the final ‘sale’ though as our experience has been remarkable. Follow-through and service is remarkable with ‘Mike’ as he said he would take care of some follow-up items. A man of his word, and he was, he has been excellent in that manner every step of the way. We’ll be back.

I ride a recumbent with hydraulic brakes. The rear break was not working. They fixed it. A little patience is necessary but it's better now than when I brought it in. I wanted to compliment Mike and everyone at the shop for their great customer service. Mike helped me mount my bike onto my car rack. I purchased Trek road bike a while back. I have used them several times for service and highly recommend them.
