The sales/service/mechanic, Josh R., was super knowledgeable and friendly during the entire transaction of purchasing a bicycle for our son. Josh, personally fitted the bicycle to our son while guiding him through the functions of the bicycle. He went as far as tuning the front shock to our son's weight. We went into the shop to "look for a bicycle" but with Josh's help we purchased one. We did not have our bicycle rack with us, so Josh personally delivered my son's new mountain bike to our house at the end of the work day versus us going home to get our rack and returning. Josh is a genuine person who we look forward to seeing again when we visit the shop next. Much thanks. I am in my 5th decade and have never had a sales experience like the one Josh provided. What a guy!

Josh went above and beyond his job duties and delivered my bike to my house after he got off work so I could have it for a early morning ride I had planned with my son. He also advised me on what size of bike to get and it fits me so much better than my other larger bike does!! I absolutely love my new bike and I plan on buying my son one of them as well! You guys are selling great bikes! Thank you!

I was impressed by the retail side of Trek as well both in Austin and here in Albuquerque, which motivated me to buy the bike because I would have good service thereafter.
