Mark , the employee who helped me, was really patient. I’m a new rider and he showed me how to remove my tires, put slime on them, check air pressure and pump them up. He made great recommendations for things I’d need to buy for maintenance, and told me the differences between the brands. He showed me the best shorts on clearance and his favorite gloves. I never felt pressure to buy anything but I bought almost everything he recommended. Great experience. I’ll be back for a bike rack and who knows what else.
The service is excellent, sales staff is knowledgeable. TREK store is the only place I went when I decided on an e-bike. Staff listened to what type of riding I do and was looking to do, mead great recommendations. The TREK store will be the only place I purchase bikes and accessories.
Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was through and shared his opinion as a rider. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a bike that day but the bike was perfect as was Josh.

Mike from the service department was wonderful! He answered all of my questions and stayed I touch to let me know when my bike was all set.
When I went to pick it up Jaden helped me with everything, from questions about the bike to picking out a good lock, and about a hundred other little things. He was so kind and so knowledgeable about everything. And apparently it was only his second day there.

My bike is fantastic to ride and I’m learning new care techniques. I need to bring it in for a check in soon but it’s difficult for me to be off in time to have both my bike and the time to jump in the shop.
