From the moment I entered the store, I got incredible personal service. Everyone in the store was friendly and eager to assist me. I was fitted with the right bike for my needs and all details of the bike’s functions were fully explained. The bike was adjusted for my use and all maintenance items were gone over. Mike spent a lot of time making sure I would be happy with my choice, and I am. He explained the return system that Trek has and went over the 30 day and 1 year maintenance visits. Mike represents the Trek brand in a manner that I am sure Trek would approve. Thanks very much for a great product and great employees.
