All in all, buying a new bike at a reasonable price (at Trek) was a great experience! The store is nicely organized. I was able to test drive a couple bikes before making a decision to purchase instead of repair. The space itself is roomy and clean. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and courteous and knew his/her stuff. Also love the warranty! I'll never go anywhere else!

I love my Trek commuter bike that I purchased last year. I've referred two people to this shop to purchase bicycles, and I will likely buy a new road bike from them when I retire (soonish). Virtually everyone at the Albuquerque Trek store is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions and don't talk down to me. I also never feel like they are pushing purchases on me. They seem to genuinely have my best interest in mind. I am fiercely loyal to this store.

I went to Trek Albuquerque to buy a lock for my dual sport GEN five. I came home with a lock, rearview mirror, and a rack & bag for rear storage, Mark did the work, great job!
