I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Zane for helping me purchase my first real quality bike. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to test drive all the bikes I was interested in. We narrowed it down the bike that would best fit me and he gave me his honest opinion. At the end, he surprised me with some gear for my bike which I am so thankful for. Zane deserves a raise! I will be coming back to this Trek store for the great and high quality customer service I was given. Thank you!

I always get friendly, solid service at Trek Algonquin. Last time I brought my bike in, it needed a new hub. They’ve done plenty of work before, but this was a different type of hub they weren’t as familiar with. Instead of guessing, they took the time to do some research and made sure the job was done right. Really appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Great shop!
