Nathan was superb at helping diagnose a problem that my son was having with his gear shifting and also making sure that his bike was tuned up for the season! The cost was minimal and the service was fantastic; I would go back to Trek in a heartbeat and work with them again for any bike repairs.

The whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Zane was able to point me in the right direction based on my needs and research I did on their products. When I picked up my bike the store was packed. Everyone was busy but that didn’t stop Zane from saying hi or keep Miguel from answering all my questions.
