Talking to Kim about her Madone and riding. Getting setup with bib shorts with Vince. Having Miguel the lead mechanic going over my bike before the trek100. Zane telling me about trek100. It was an awesome experience and I am so thankful the shop told me about it. Truly is one of the high lights of my life. Thank you trek Algonquin

Staff is attentive and helpful. They were able to help me while I waited. They were extra kind to help attach the new accessory to my bike. While I was there, I bought a helmet and sunglasses. I’m all set to ride my bike this weekend. thank you so much for your help

I walked in wanting to get a Trek. Vince listened to what I was interested in and within 15 minutes I had a bike, helmet, water bottle, kickstand!! I’ve walked into other shops and had been told I’d have to wait, bike won’t be ready for pickup for a few days etc. Trek of Algonquin was turn key and Vince was very helpful and polite!

Amazing store. I was greeted by Kim and she opened the store early for me. She was very pleasant and a delight to work with. She helped me pick the right bike for my needs. And after test ride I was sold. Kim and the rest of the staff are top notch. I will defiantly shop her for my bicycle needs.
