I like the Trek products a lot. I have three bikes. They're as good as any out there. The real differentiator, though, is the Allen, TX store and the staff that make Trek my absolute go-to.

Blake was very helpful in discussing how I'd be able to setup a new bike on the direct drive trainer I bought. Specifically, he gave me information on how I'd transfer/setup the cassette from the new bike on the trainer. Joe is the perfect blend of customer service oriented and skillful. He helped me make the get the old cassette off the trainer and the new one on.
