Great team! Always feel genuinely welcome, team is engaging, highly responsive. I was on a ride recently, nursing a slow leak on the front tire, rode to their shop and in 20 minutes Joe had me on the road again! I also dropped my bike off for some service work and the work was completed well before the promise date. Great team! Great experiences! I strongly recommend this shop for all your needs!

We received excellent customer service from the Sales and Service Department. We were given the opportunity to test drive several bikes and were not rushed in our tests. They answered all our questions and were very helpful.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly, and extremely timely.10/10 for that part. Much appreciated! My only critique was that the gentleman that helped me put my bike back onto my car rack was brand new to the job, so I don’t think he was quite sure how to completely secure it. I understand that he may not have had as much experience with how some of the adapters fit (to ensure there was no sway for the bike while driving), but he was very pleasant and for sure wanted to help out as best he could.

High quality products of course with it being Trek. Staff is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of products. Organization of accessories makes it easy to choose what you need and what color, size, etc. the efficiency of buying a bike, having accessories installed, and bike check is superb.
