I had a great experience at Trek Allen bike shop. Patrick was patient and took the time to help me figure out which bike would best fit my needs. He lets me test ride multiple bikes and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His knowledge and expertise really stood out, and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his guidance and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new bike.

The staff are fantastic! The service is awesome! They are all friendly and helpful! They greet you as you come in the door and make you feel welcomed and at home! They turn most all service jobs around in 24 hours or less helping me stay on the rode with my bike. I feel they are very trustworthy and perform only the needed repairs at a fair price. I highly recommend Trek Allen for bike purchases and all bike repairs. They are great!

Loved riding the FX3 and FX 4. Young man was knowledgeable and helped get the seat the right height. I switched the pedals out on the bike. My only issue was that I was not given the old pedals in case I sell it down the road. I failed to ask but feel like it should have been offered.
