I couldn’t have been more pleased about the service that TREK provided when I needed a bike repair this weekend. All personnel were prompt, ready to help, quick in repair, polite, friendly, and courteous. Costs were reasonable, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Fast and professional repair service. Quality work was done at a fair price, and the work was completed earlier than promised. My wife says she feels like she has a "Brand New Bike". I highly recommend Trek for repairs and would gladly go to them again in the future.

Nice variety of products but it is the service that is impressive. Billy Bob and his team are cycling lovers who spend their days sharing their passion for the sport with anyone who comes thru the door! I don’t feel like I am being sold on anything but rather getting great advice from a friend who wants the best for the effort I want to put into the sport. I have two Trek bikes and my next Trek bike will be from Trek Allen!
