Excellent bikes! Stellar, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I have a new Verve 3 low step and needed the seat moved a few millimeters to mount my taillight. I mentioned I lost the tip of the kickstand. Not only did they move the seat and install the light mount but replaced the kickstand. Demonstrated proper chain maintenance. Very helpful! My go-to bike shop.

I have purchased several bikes from this location. The staff are what I would consider people I can trust and revolve in the same circles of the local bike community.

This is my go-to store for bikes and service. The people that work here, Patrick, Billy Bob, Joe, Blake and Wadd are service oriented. The really go out of their way to get what you need and want. I think the biggest thing this shop provides is a real sense of inclusion. They never act snobbish (I have seen this in other local shops), it is an experience that other places do not provide. This crew does not disappoint!

The people at the store ARE your company. We spend incredible amounts of money in Allen because you have good, helpful personnel. Billy Bob, Joe and Patrick lift your company up and keep people coming back who buy your premium bikes like our two Checkpoint SL7’s. And helped us dial in our new 2025 FX 4 Sports since we wore out our 2019 FX Sport 4’s after 5k miles each.
