I haven’t used the product yet :). I got trek marlin 4 for my son. I also have marlin 5 for myself. Big fan of trek. You guys make really good and strong bike. Patrick was very helpful and receptive. He showed me how to take care of bike chain. Informed me about warranty and free tune up within a year. Thank you for your service. I will come back again in future.

The entire team at Trek Allen, TX provide a wealth of knowledge and fantastic customer service. The turnaround time for adjustments to my new Domane+ P1 is great. They are very accommodating. Love doing business with them! I am already working with them on a second bike purchase in the near future for a checkpoint+

Patrick was the salesman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. My husband bought me the bike for my birthday and Patrick was kind enough to add a little detail for remembrance. I would highly recommend Trek bicycle shop to anyone looking for a bike.

Customer Service at the Trek store in Allen is second to none. Billy Bob walked me through the entire thing start to finish, answered every question I asked and even a few I hadn't thought of yet. Can't recommend this store and it's staff enough!

Joe and Blake were great to work with! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Really glad I found a Trek store in Allen, as I have not been happy with a certain local bike shop that's been around in Richardson for more than 50 years. Prices were reasonable at Trek, and the quality of work was outstanding. Thanks, guys! :-)
