The staff at Trek are always incredibly kind and helpful when I bring bikes to be serviced. They talk to me about options for service, answer my questions, and truly make me feel like they want me there o just get out there are ride! They never mind that I bring them cheaper bikes, but instead give me tips for care and riding. The bikes that I have brought in for service are in great shape years later!

Billy Bob and Joe really took care of me. Started with a phone call with Billy Bob about some tires. Day before I went to pick them up, I broke my chain. In the store, Joe got me all fixed up with a new chain and I’m ready to hit the trails again. Great team!

The bikes are on the cutting edge and the service is second to none, that is both sales and service. The fact that Trek will let try something for 30 days and if it is not right for you, just turn it back in! Also, they have a great crash replacement policy that is great. I have used it myself. All in all I consider this the best bike shop in DFW. Believe me, I have tried many, many shops here in the last 39 years.
