The people at Trek Airport Road Allentown went out of their way to provide me with great service. They were patient and thorough in answering all my questions and made excellent recommendations. This is my second Trek Verve bike and I'm really enjoying it. Trek is a great brand. I can always find any accessories I need at their store as well. I invested in a new bike rack, which was also recommended by their sales staff, and it's also working well.

Very customer service friendly I forget the gentleman name but he took care of me when I dropped my bike off for a tune up Friday and was there when I picked it up on Saturday He even asked if I needed help getting my bike on my rack Much appreciated I’m a senior and thought that was very thoughtful

After avoiding a scam on a website marketplace, I felt like I had to 'bite the bullet' and buy a new bike as I have little patience for being messed with. I'd heard that Trek customer service and warranty programs set the bar for the industry, so I went down the reddit rabbit hole for which model would be best, and found Roscoe 8 in stock in my size at the Allentown Trek store. When I got to the store I was immediately greeted by a really nice guy named Ben, who showed me the bike and talked through the specs. After discussing the type of riding I'd be doing and my budget, he recommended I take a look at a second bike, which I actually ended up purchasing. Good man. I had hoped to use the Trek Financing and was given a solid rundown of how it works from Ben and another nice guy named Avery. I was oddly rejected form the financing and just decided to put it on my CC (I later remembered that I had intentionally frozen my credit a few months ago due to a fraud scare my bank flagged and forgot to unfreeze it lol. Whoops!), but i hugely appreciated the troubleshooting help from the team. All in all, couldn't ask for better customer service - I hugely appreciate the 'this is what I would go with in your shoes' approach to product recommendations, especially when it comes to dropping fairly big money on a new bike. Thanks guys. I'll be back with my wife in a few weeks!

PROS: Neat and tidy store. Products were in-stock. I appreciate the young man who helped me going to the back to see if they had a bike helmet in stock (which they did, and I would up purchasing it). I believe he went out of his way too help me and I really appreciate it! CONS: I must have been looking around for several minutes and no-one ever greeted me until I walked up to the counter. I guess I am used to being greeted at most places promptly, and especially if I am wondering around. You just expect someone to ask if you needed assistance.
