Personnel were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed earlier than I expected and well within the 24 hr. timeline promised. This helped me with getting everything done before a big trip. I was very happy with the work performed and quality of parts and workmanship. Only comment is on pricing of tune-up packages. I was going to bring my bike to a shop that also handles Trek- their basic tune-up (including lubrication) was $85 vs. $99. If I had not had a timing issue, I would have selected the other shop. The other overhaul packages also seemed expensive. It might be worthwhile to check your pricing for these basic services against other qualified shops in the area. This might get more people in the door to experience your people, your bikes/equipment and service. Again, I was very happy with the outcome so far- let's see what the trail brings! Thank you!

These guys at Trek in Allentown are top notch. They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of EBikes. Their repair service was quick and professionally done. Trek Bikes are well built and well worth their price

This was the first time I was in the store since I just moved to Pennsylvania recently. I'm an avid cyclist so of course I love looking at biking gear LOL the guys in there were really polite and one even gave me a free t-shirt! Awesome and I'll be back

I needed an adjustment to the drive train on my bike. Your team member was responsive and had the shifting great. When I got home and switched wheels and adjust was not quite right it was not shifting properly though I asked if that would be a concern and was told probably not. So will have to bring the bike back with the proper wheels.
