I needed my bike serviced bc it had been a few years since I last rode it. My tires were good, and I did not need to purchase any products. Their service was top notch. My bike was clean when I got it back, and it rode great! This was not my first time to take my bike there, and each time I have, I know I can trust them to be honest, to be fair with their pricing and knowledgeable to know exactly what my bike needs to perform well. I would not consider taking it any where else!

We had our tire replaced for our electric bike. Kevin was very helpful and the service mechanic finished the job in just 30 minutes. We will back for sure.

I went to the Trek location in Altamonte Springs to shop for an XL size bike for myself. I spoke with Kevin at first then went back several days later and worked with Tyler. Both Tyler and Kevin explained to me the merits and features of the bicycle I was looking at. They were very patient and answered all my questions and offered insight regarding the features of the bicycle. I did purchase the bicycle on my second visit, and Leo spent time with me as did Tyler in setting up the shift and Brake controllers to the optimum location for me. I'm a big guy and I have big hands and having them move the controllers to the appropriate spots made it much more comfortable for me. Very professional and very polite customer service. I highly recommend this location and these people if you're in the market for a new bicycle or if you have one that needs service. Thanks guys, I've already started to enjoy my new ride.

We came in the shop a little worried about our sons e-bike tire tube hanging out of tire and how long would it be before they could fix it. we also had to worry about our car needing to be picked up at the dealership. I thought the tube held air but it had a leak, I thought I would have to take e-bike home and order a tube. They said no worries, they had a tube, fixed e-bike on the spot and they were so helpful and professional. They even said we could bring our kids in to teach them safety lessons for riding and proper charging routine. We were so grateful and impressed with this staff!!

Great staff—I had a bike problem with my brakes and a front tire alignment. In 10 minutes it was fixed (with no service charge) and I was out the door and completed a 20 mile ride. Kevin was great. They are my only “go to” for all things biking.

Wonderful staff, helpful, personable, gets the service done quickly! Communicates well through phone and e-mail/texts informing me on when the work will be completed and once completed I was notified. Breakdown of costs beforehand. Wonderful experience! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to riding my bikes after my arms heals.
