The products are awesome, knowing that Kevin and Lee always recommend some of the best and affordable parts and it also depends on how much you’re willing to spend as well for the real high end parts for your bike,but hands down some of the best customer service ever as soon as you walk in the door it’s just a vibe with and in the store, and last but not least the maintenance man himself Mr.Leo the bike technician this guy is so knowledgeable,professional, and passionate about bikes that why I always keep bringing my bikes back time and time again to be serviced and if it’s not taken care of to the standard of the customer, Leo will work on it until it is satisfing to the customer, Leo you the man my friend Kenvin, Lee, and Leo keep up the AWESOME WORK…

I like that this location makes me feel like they are invested in my bike as much as I am. Whether talking to Leo about technical stuff or Kevin helping with research. They are always thei to answer my questions and give advice. They make you feel like family.

Attendants are very knowledgeable and helpful with presenting product features for the customer to decide which is best for them. Also, I accidently ran over the base of a bike pump in the parking lot just after purchasing it. I went back in the store to see if they could help me bend it back into place, and instead they gave me a new one. I didn't ask for it and they didn't have to do that. That was above and beyond and has won my loyalty.

Leo and Kevin took excellent care of my wife and me when we stopped in to look at a new bike. We ended up buying two e-bikes instead of just one traditional bike for me. Never once did we feel pressured or hurried. Appropriate choices were shown to both of us from bikes to accessories. Both bikes were ready the next day and a last minute change was dealt with on the spot. Truly exceptional service! While it’s only been a couple of days, we love our FX+ 1 bikes. Perfect fit for our age and lifestyle. The bike rack for the vehicle, while a boring necessity, has some clever and useful features. I’ve been a Trek customer since 1984 and it looks like I always will be.
