These employees are incredible. They are great at what they do! I came in with my son’s bike the day before the race with all kinds of issues. They had everything fixed within a couple hours and we were on our way. I cannot thank them enough!!

the staff are always very helpful and friendly and get me in quick. I had a flat tire and had one of those pink foam inserts in my tire that is supposed to block flats. Since I had that, they only charged me for a tube and not the replacement and had me in and out in 10 minutes. I have a different brand of bike than trek and they still always help me very quickly, I always go to the trek store for everything now. thank you.

I like the aesthetics of Trek and Bontrager products. I like the confidence and reassurance of having a store nearby that specializes in my specific bicycle. It’s cool that Incan swing by and they’ll do quick little adjustments for free.

Two things: 1. The bikes are amazing! I have the Fuel EX and the Supercaliber. Perfect set up for me! 2. Service. I am amazed again and again how amazing the service is at the American Fork Location. It really is top notch! I would highly recommend Trek and the American fork location!

Had a problem with my tubeless tires. Stuart fixed me up. He put me in the schedule on short notice, helped me find a great deal on new tires, and was completely customer-oriented. Grateful for that guy!
