The entire experience was great. Jeff answered all of our questions and helped us figure out what worked best. We are very new to biking and want to start getting out more with the kids. Jeff was patient with us and made sure we knew what would work for our needs. We plan to buy the next set of bikes down the road from Trek!

Jeff was very helpful and purposeful in my interactions. When issues arose he addressed them promptly and took ownership of it. I didn't feel like the focus was solely on making a sale, but it seemed like he was trying to make me a customer.
