Trek products are always of great quality. I particularly like the customer service at the Ardmore, PA store. Even when the staff is busy working on a bike or helping another customer, they always acknowledge you when you walk into the store. Bonus that the staff is very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you stuff that you dont need.

We had a great experience at Trek in Ardmore! Joe was responsive, patient, knowledgeable and clear and hooked me and my grandson up with great, appropriate bikes. For my grandson his first road bike and for me, let's just say, not my first. In each case his suggestions were spot on and we came away really excited about our new rides.

I lost my right hand a year ago and wanted to find a way to get back on my TREK VERVE3 bike with the aid of a prosthesis. Anthony Hennessey not only provided the expertise but was a source of inspiration as we moved brakes and shifters to accommodate my lost hand. There may still be work to be done, but I wouldn’t be where I am now, back on my bike, where it not for Anthony’s help and that of other associates in his store. Riding again despite my impairment has opened up a new world for me.
