I stopped in with my bike 1/2hr before closing. I was very appreciative that Anthony was able to look at my tire to determine if the tire was seated properly (after a flat tire change) and that there wasn't any punctures in the tire. He was very helpful with providing tips on how to change a flat tire.

I love these guys! They are so helpful!! I have purchased three bicycles, with the most recent a Trek e bike. The guys were friendly, answered all my questions, let me take the bike out for a test drive, and clearly explained the ins and outs of the bike. Even though I live two hours away I will continue to come back to Ardmore Trek! Everyone on these team wins in my book!

I'm disabled, I recieved assistance when getting my grandson's bike out of my vehicle and assistance when placing it back into my vehicle.

I am pleased to report another memorable occasion of gold star service at Trek Ardmore (PA)! I had ordered a replacement piece for my Saris bike rack and it came in. Despite the >100' heat and a bandaged knee and wrist, Joe was only too willing to install the part for me. He regaled me with stories of his half-marathon adventures and, in no time, I was set to go. He wouldn't charge me for his labor and in my cashless world of Venmo, I couldn't offer him a tip. Instead, I'm glad to have the chance to lift up Joe's amazing customer service to the Trek family.
