Great first experience with my new favorite friendly neighborhood bike shop. Both of the bike shop staff members I spoke with were knowledgeable about triathlon bikes. In addition to the tune up, I upgraded my bike computer setup and they recommend the rearview radar and taillight for safety - this is an absolute game changer in making me feel safe riding on the roads. Both bike guys were incredibly knowledgeable about triathlon bikes and the garmin computers. The work was completed in a few days and when I came back to pick my bike up they took time to synch my devices and educate me on the upgraded bike computer and radar.

i brought my bike in for periodic service, which I have done several times before. The service rep checked it out in a professional manner and recommended appropriate service. I asked about lubrication and he told me I did not need to do it quite as often as I had been and recommended a suitable product. All your staff whom I dealt with were friendly and professional. Service was performed in a timely manner. All good.

What I like (love) about Trek - Ardmore, are the following:
~ I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile, by everybody in the store
~ Your products and services are second to none
~ Their knowledge is both wide and deep, making it a pleasure to speak with anybody in the store
~ Anthony, George, and all of the younger guys and girls are always willing to check on anything, be it regarding parts, services, bikes, and ALWAYS happy and eager to help
~ If they don't know the answer to a question, they NEVER just throw out their own opinions, but instead opting to do the research to answer the question/issue correctly
Going forward, I can't imagine going anywhere else !!!

the young salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to. select the correct bike. We bought the bike and then found out that it would be difficult in a very small apt. Joe was very helpful when I returned for a refund and did. an internet search to help me find the right electric bike even tho they wouldn't get a sale. He called another bike shop to find the bike that had a throttle, removable battery, that folded up for us.
He went above and beyond in service for a customer. Stellar service by both the salesman and Joe. I will return for other bikng needs and highly recommend this shop.

Anthony was very patient and helpful when we needed to exchange our kids' bike for an adult bike. He really took the time to make sure my son was comfortable and discussed in detail the features that would be best for him. My son loves his new bike. The bikes are outstanding quality, as are the other accessories. The staff are top notch! Thank you Anthony. Thank you Trek.
