I like just about everything product-wise. The selection of Trek/Bontrager goods is excellent, and a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy is generous. The store does carry a few, non-Trek/B'rager brands such as Rapha and Endura. And the store does seem to be able to special order other non-store brands, but they are not returnable. The service is simply exceptional. And that goes for every staff member.

I like everything about my service on Sunday; my bike needed some attention and although Iam closer to Main Street store I prefer Ardmore store for years always a good place. Also bathroom clean and neat; dressing big a clean. Sale rep have some much information on products
