Products are high quality. I get most of my stuff from them and hands down the best customer service in the Philly area. You don’t have to wait around for someone to greet you or go up to someone and ask for help. They always will greet you and help you as best as they can and work with you as well if you’re having an issue. Even if you don’t get a bike they still talk to you and make sure you feel more then welcome to stay and chat which is a +++ I go out of my way to drive 40mins through traffic on a busy Philly afternoon to get here because the customer service is excellent. Better than most if not the rest of the bike shops in terms of customer service.

Just about everything. Carrying elite brands, like Rapha and Endura, as well as their own Trek and Bontrager products, Trek can meet your every need. They will even order a product for you if they don't carry it in inventory.
