The service was spot on. I arrived at 11 AM and they immediately put my bike up on the rack and started working. There was a follow up text message and the service was completed within the time Promise to me they use quality parts in a very clean work area.

I really like my bike that I bought in the Ardmore store. And everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly and when I brought my bike in just recently, they were able to fix it in about 15 minutes while I waited, which was super helpful!

We were in Bryn Mawr for a week and wanted to buy our grandson a bicycle for his birthday and give it to him in person before we left. Our grandson was set on a specific color and it was not in stock at any store within a one hour drive. Finally called Trek Bicycle Ardmore and explained our situation. They were able to order the bike, get it in and put it together in time for us. Thank you for going the extra mile! No one else was willing to do that. Highly recommend this bike shop!!!

Anthony is terrific. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have bought several bikes from him over the years and he helps me with maintenance and gear whenever I need it. I consider him my “bike guy”!

I did not see a big amount of bicycles on display as other trek stores but the service I received was good . In my visit to the store I only bought a small item and not a bike . The representative was nice and helpful. I would like to visit there again for my bicycle needs although I would look at reviews on google for mechanic services.
