I’d like to highlight the efforts of Kevin in the maintenance department. I brought my bike, which I purchased from the store six months ago, in for a question about air loss in my tubeless tires. He was able to explain what could be going wrong and provide me some cost-effective solutions to resolve the matter. Really appreciated his good humor and availability to chat with me without an appointment. I’ve Ben purchased several new accessories for my bike. Thanks, Kevin!

The manager, Kevin, was very personable & professional, making me feel valued as a customer and welcome as a new resident of the area. The staff were also very prompt & professional, offering tips and tricks for a new rider to the area. Will be going back soon!

Bike was ordered on line from CO with pick up in DC. Quick response and good questions. Daughter picked up received "white glove" treatment and fitting. All good.

Came in with a beater bike bought of FB marketplace. Had trashed the rear derailleur by shifting into the spokes. It was toast, twisted like a pretzel. After Kevin overheard the newbies in the shop telling me to take it to a charity shop or junk it cause the repairs were gonna cost more then bike was work. He intercepted, found parts in house and fixed it on the spot! Way to go! Very happy customer. 5 stars and a bag of cookies to you. I’ll be back.
