Kevin, James, and the entire Trek Clarendon team are outstanding to work with—extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Recently, my 2021 Madone SLR 7 developed creaking noises, which turned out to be a faulty IsoFlow that had damaged the carbon frame. Without hesitation, Kevin offered to replace the frame under warranty. While it took some time for the new frame to arrive, the team fully rebuilt the bike with a brand-new 2025 SLR 7 frame once it was in store. I’m beyond excited with the result. A big thank you to the entire Clarendon team! Kay

Awesome service! I brought my bike with squealing brakes in at 5pm and Kevin had it fixed, new pads, and cleaned the rotors; done before they closed at 7pm so I could make it for a bike trip the next morning. They are fantastic!
