Ness (who helped in the repair shop) was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was the manager who helped with our tax exemption.
The only downside to the shop I would say is it is fairly expensive. I understand it is geared towards a higher end or more avid rider, but for the more casual rider it might be a bit more than they are willing to spend.

I just moved here and my bike was damaged in shipping. I thought it was pretty bad but these guys were able to salvage almost everything, get it cleaned, tuned up, and adjusted - saving me several hundred dollars. My gear and such was kinda old, so they helped me get outfitted with new safety gear to help me navigate city riding. And they were the nicest people! Super helpful on local routes and trails, things to try. This is my new shop.

Amir is not only extremely knowledgeable about everything bikes and cycling, he could not be more polite and helpful. Everything thing is can do with him and always with a smile. He will make suggestions and they are always spot on. He’s the best - bar none. I first met him at Spokes and was very happy to learn he ported over to Trek Clarendon.

Mike was really helpful. The store was really busy but he checked in with us periodically and let us know he hadn't forgotten about us. When he did get to us, he got information about my kids' cycling experiences and what we were looking for. He quickly showed us a range of options, colors, and prices. We found a bike for each of my kids, helmets, and a couple of accessories.
I had been shopping online and expected to pay a little more, so rather than shopping around at a couple of extra shops as I had planned to, I went ahead and made the deal on the spot.
