I've ridden Trek bikes for over 30 years. I really appreciate the customer service and friendliness of the Arlington Trek staff. They were super helpful in diagnosing and fixing my shifter problem. They could have easily charged me for a replacement, but did not. I'm very happy with there service and will recommend them to everyone.

I greatly appreciated the fact that the store manager, Mike, checked to see if the warranty on a red flare light (for the back of my helmet) was still valid and it was. So the warranty was honored and I received a replacement part at no cost.

I limped into the Clarendon store 20 minutes before closing time on a drizzly evening with a broken derailleur cable fully expecting to drop my bike off at least a day if not two. But the mechanic on duty took my bike back and fixed it on the spot. I left with a functioning bicycle and didn't miss a day of cycling as a result!

Kevin Bueno is amazing to work with and truly does all he can to help the customer to be best set up for whatever riding they are doing. He is patient, communicative and easy to work with and I look forward to continuing to return to the store regularly to service/maintain my new bike. Couldnt be happier with the process and so excited to get on my speed concept soon to upgrade my triathlon game!
