The person who assisted me was great. She explained the service options, suggested which option was most appropriate for my bicycle, and made the intake process very easy. I also asked her to check to see if she could find touch up paint for my bicycle, and she went above and beyond to try and locate it. She was helpful when I picked up my bicycle, too.

The guy who helped me last Saturday was great. Gave me some ideas for the right tires and called another shop to have them reserve the ones that weren’t available in Clarendon. Give those guys a raise!
