I recently purchased a bike with Mary at the Clarendon location. I have been shopping around, but found Mary's customer service and product knowledge to be far superior to others I have worked with. She encouraged me to take my time while test-riding the bikes I was considering. I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited to ride my new bike. I have already ridden it a few times and I am loving the fit and feel. Will definitely come back for furture needs and recommend friends and family!

Thanks for making my daughter’s birthday gift a success. She loves the bike, and I really appreciated the staff anticipating her needs (a kick stand) and still getting me out the door on a tight turn around.

Ness (who helped in the repair shop) was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was the manager who helped with our tax exemption. The only downside to the shop I would say is it is fairly expensive. I understand it is geared towards a higher end or more avid rider, but for the more casual rider it might be a bit more than they are willing to spend.

You guys all act like it’s a family business- I’ve been a customer for about 15 years and have almost always been 100% satisfied…. Great value! Great kit. Great service. And thanks for providing the military discount!!!

I just moved here and my bike was damaged in shipping. I thought it was pretty bad but these guys were able to salvage almost everything, get it cleaned, tuned up, and adjusted - saving me several hundred dollars. My gear and such was kinda old, so they helped me get outfitted with new safety gear to help me navigate city riding. And they were the nicest people! Super helpful on local routes and trails, things to try. This is my new shop.
