Great services from the gentlemen who work there. My son bought a Marlin 5 a few months back, and the bike would not shift, so we took the bike in the gentlemen went over the entire bike and made sure things were working properly. No charge for that service just straight forward and professional. Thank you.

We purchased 2 new Trek Verve 2 bikes and new helmets this week at the Trek store in Arnold, MO. We couldn't be more pleased with our new bikes and the professional and courteous service we received. We have now purchased 5 bikes and various related accessories from this store and had quite a bit of service work done to our various bikes here. The staff has always given us honest and reliable advice and recommendations. We will definitely continue to do business with this store!

Jim and his coworker, I think it was Dan or Bob maybe? Were both willing to help me right at close and after close purchase the bike I wanted and even familiarize me with it. They were patient, kind, and professional. Please give them recognition. This was at the Arnold, MO location.
