Since I began to invest in a cycling hobby in 2021, Arnold Trek has checked boxes for me with products and services. I started with a hard tail mountain bike for easy-to-moderate mountain bike trails, as well as for rail trails and limited street riding. The Trek 7 worked so well, a year or so later, I bought a Trek 8. Both bikes are still top notch, and my eldest son enjoys occasional rides as well. At Arnold Trek, I also bought a bike for my daughter, a bike for my wife, and both worked out great. Arnold Trek has all the helmets, water bottles, lights, and pretty much every bike accessory we use. I aim to buy a gravel bike from Arnold Trek, and eventually, a full suspension mountain bike. The service, both sales and maintenance, has been superb. I know everything I need to know about prices, technical specs, and riding tips. Everything I need has been at Arnold Trek. I have encountered zero reasons to even consider other places for my cycling needs.

My local bike shop didn’t have the bike we were seeking for my daughter, and Trek didn’t have the color she was excited about in stock. A good friend of mine works at Trek and encouraged me to look on the website and use the “Find In Store” link. The Trek Store in Arnold was on the list, and after a quick phone call with Jim, I had my 13 year old’s first 29’er secured!
The purchase over the phone was simple, efficient, and Jim is a rockstar! He helped me facilitate a proxy-pickup since I would not be in the St. Louis area for a couple of weeks, and the day that I could pick the bike up would be after hours. My buddy picked up the bike yesterday and said the process was seamless!
I can’t recommend Jim and the Trek Store in Arnold enough. I worked in bike shops for nearly 14 years, and the service I received was top notch!

We were very pleased with the service we received while picking up our new bike. Brad was friendly and very knowledgeable with everything about the bike we purchased. He showed us different accessories we could get with our bike and even installed the accessories we bought. Highly recommend Trek in Arnold!

Brad and Jim are the best. I’ve had the pleasure of buying a Madone and a Checkpoint with Brad and I could not be happier. They are both a wealth of knowledge and genuinely care about the biking community. Would absolutely recommend stopping here if you’re in the market for a bike or just need a tune up. You’ll be in good hands either way.

We took my Bianchi to Trek last week as my brakes were not safe. After putting the bike on the stand, Jim & Aiden saw several serious issues that I had not seen. They pointed out the issues and we discussed each one. This bike had not had any services for a couple of years, so I was not surprised. Also, this bike is 25-30 years old and has a lot of miles on it. I agreed to the repairs as they were necessary. I received a call that my bicycle was fixed the next day, which was a surprise as I had thought it would be at least a week given the number of issues. When we pick up the bike the following day, Aiden had assured me he had ridden the bike, and the issues were fixed. I tested it one the parking lot and the brakes were fixed which was a huge relief.
I want to extend my appreciation to Jim & Aiden for the inspection and repairs on my bicycle.
Even though we only had a few nice days at this time, I was able to get two good rides in before we went back to winter.
