I went into this particular track store as I was in that part of town. I normally use other track outlets in the St Louis area. Even though I was there for 5 to 10 minutes buying socks, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They introduced me to the new ride club app. I will, now that I know the store exists in Arnold, certainly be going there in the future. Thank you.

This store has an openness to it. It is not cluttered corner to corner. The staff is exceptionally personable. Above all very knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed. The techs know their stuff and will take the time to help you through the process and your questions.

Quick, professional service. We were notified of an issue that could worsen over time and with continued use. We were not pressured into replacing the part at this time, but chose to anyway. Jim knows his stuff when it comes to bike repair and service. We highly recommend the Trek Store on Arnold!

Since I began to invest in a cycling hobby in 2021, Arnold Trek has checked boxes for me with products and services. I started with a hard tail mountain bike for easy-to-moderate mountain bike trails, as well as for rail trails and limited street riding. The Trek 7 worked so well, a year or so later, I bought a Trek 8. Both bikes are still top notch, and my eldest son enjoys occasional rides as well. At Arnold Trek, I also bought a bike for my daughter, a bike for my wife, and both worked out great. Arnold Trek has all the helmets, water bottles, lights, and pretty much every bike accessory we use. I aim to buy a gravel bike from Arnold Trek, and eventually, a full suspension mountain bike. The service, both sales and maintenance, has been superb. I know everything I need to know about prices, technical specs, and riding tips. Everything I need has been at Arnold Trek. I have encountered zero reasons to even consider other places for my cycling needs.

My local bike shop didn’t have the bike we were seeking for my daughter, and Trek didn’t have the color she was excited about in stock. A good friend of mine works at Trek and encouraged me to look on the website and use the “Find In Store” link. The Trek Store in Arnold was on the list, and after a quick phone call with Jim, I had my 13 year old’s first 29’er secured! The purchase over the phone was simple, efficient, and Jim is a rockstar! He helped me facilitate a proxy-pickup since I would not be in the St. Louis area for a couple of weeks, and the day that I could pick the bike up would be after hours. My buddy picked up the bike yesterday and said the process was seamless! I can’t recommend Jim and the Trek Store in Arnold enough. I worked in bike shops for nearly 14 years, and the service I received was top notch!
