Roger Smith is always able to make my bike feel like new again. He is well versed with any issues that come up with my bike and how to fix them. My bike is a specialized which is even more impressive since it’s not a Trek bike. I don’t go to any other bike shop anymore because they are all full of biker ego and either unprofessional or unfriendly. Trek bike shop in Asheville treats all customers, no matter what skill set or type of bike, with respect and kindness. We all just want to be outside riding and trek Asheville staff understand that is what the bike business is there for!

Tim and Rogers are always friendly and professional, very helpful, and I sincerely trust them to work on my bikes with no worries. When I decide to purchase a new bike, it will definitely be from this Trek store. I encourage others to shop here or to have their bikes serviced.
