I described my bike issues and the associates at Trek really listened and understood. They improved my bikes capability and I truly believe it is making me a more confident rider. The products that the store carries are very relevant to my needs and I recommend this shop to all of my friends in my community. Compared to the many bikeshops in my area, Treks team are the ONLY employees that give back by maintaining the local trails. This is huge. It makes my community feel appreciated that they are not just another salesman, but people. People who really care about their community.

Great bike, smooth ride. Please note, no one measured me before I bought an extra small bike on sale. I think it's fine, but I am supposedly a medium according to my height. However, I am short waisted the size seems ok.

We are delighted with our new Trek bikes. At 70 years old, this is a new venture for us, and these bikes are just perfect. The ride is smooth and the learning process was smooth as well. This has opened up a new world for us, living now in the mountains. Roger Smith couldn't have been more attentive, informative or helpful. Plus he was kind and caring and accomodating. I told him, and the manager Tim, that one of the big reasons I returned for these bikes was his willing and helpful and friendly attitude. He and Tim are gems, and we are very grateful. I will be telling my friends what a great experience this has been.

Love the truck, Roscoe seven. The guy that helped me buy it. It was also great easy and no pressure. This is after I checked out two other bike shops, liberty, bikes, and another shop. I drove from Brevard to get this bike because I couldn’t find it anywhere closer.

Just bought an ebike. Everything went well. Probably would have like to spent more time getting it fitted. Also, should have gotten brake shims to use when changing a flat. I’ll go back to get those. Other than that a really seem Les process and I appreciated the staff allowing to do two good test rides. Love the bike so far.

I was beings helped within a minute of entering the store. They went over the features of the helmets I was looking at. The one I liked was in-stock. I tried it on to make sure it would work for me. It was nice being helped, you don't get customer service like this anywhere else.
