Tim was a huge help and showed me a bike basically in the middle of the two versions I was torn about. So, I got the best of both worlds, on clearance, with all the necessary accessories! It was a great deal and I didn’t even realize that was the bike I needed. Never pushy, always helpful, it was a great experience. Will definitely be back!

I trust Trek. I have owned Trek road bikes for many years now and the bikes and service are always topnotch. I have also gone on a few Trek bike trips as when I was working for VT Bike Tours many years ago. This time, I handed them my dirty, spider web infested bike that hadn't been ridden in a year and had been on my porch the entire time. The spokes were rusty and the gears were creaky. They gave it back in perfect condition, like brand new, and I didn't have to spend my weekend scraping, rubbing, and fiddling with the gears and all. At this point, after biking in some way or another my entire life, I am happy to hand this job to the pros. They did not disappoint and so the cost was well worth it. Thank you Trek, one less thing to worry about in my move next month to Travelers Rest where I'll be living just off the Swamp Rabbit Trail. My bike is ready even if I am the rusty piece!

Roger Smith is always able to make my bike feel like new again. He is well versed with any issues that come up with my bike and how to fix them. My bike is a specialized which is even more impressive since it’s not a Trek bike. I don’t go to any other bike shop anymore because they are all full of biker ego and either unprofessional or unfriendly. Trek bike shop in Asheville treats all customers, no matter what skill set or type of bike, with respect and kindness. We all just want to be outside riding and trek Asheville staff understand that is what the bike business is there for!

Tim and Rogers are always friendly and professional, very helpful, and I sincerely trust them to work on my bikes with no worries. When I decide to purchase a new bike, it will definitely be from this Trek store. I encourage others to shop here or to have their bikes serviced.
