My service rep don’t recall his name but his sisters name is Cecile was amazing and made me feel confident in leaving my bike in a new space he made my visit welcoming as well also the lil fellow with the long mustache was very interested in my details to my bike the service was great

I love dropping by the store to browse and talk bikes and pick up new equipment and supplies. I'm so glad that we have such a great bike shop in Kingwood. Craig and all of the bike technicians are knowledgeable and share my love for all things cycling. Keep up the great work!

Went to store and needed slime for tubeless tire and staff was quick to help and explain the different products. I tried to change the tire myself and was unsuccessful. (Need air compressor) Brought wheel back to store and they fixed me up free of charge. (All they had to do was air up tire with compressor). I walked in thinking there was a 50/50 chance of being charged. Will definitely go back for help and/or products I need in a hurry.

The fellows in the shop were extremely nice. I expected to drop off my bike for a tuneup but they did it on the spot. And they installed my new bell and fixed my seat. This is my second visit here in the past couple months and both have been very positive .
