Open up the store when you see at customer at 10:55. I only have a few minutes to shop. Didn't realize it was not 11 yet. Had to wait. Was late to my next appointment.

Customer service was outstanding. When I dropped my bike off, the lady who helped me was very thorough going through everything that needed to be done. Then when I picked it up, I was in and out within 15 minutes and everything on the bike looked good.

I made an unusual service request for a non-Trek bike, and the tech was willing to accommodate it. (Removal of Faraday e-bike battery’s I could ship it to be rebuilt.) That in and of itself was much appreciated. After addressing that issue, I let the sales associate know I wanted to purchase a replacement e-bike, and wanted to get his thoughts on the FX+ 2. Once I decided to move forward with the purchase, Aaron was very helpful in answering my questions about accessories and guiding me in my selection if a water bottle cage, rear basket, cargo net for the basket, and foldable combination lock. I’d planned to pay for my purchase up front, but when I saw Trek offered 12 months 0% financing through Citizens Bank, I opted for that. Approval process took less than a minute and checkout was only a few minutes. I really liked that everything was digital, even though I had to walk 3 minutes back to my house to get my phone to apply for credit. Great service and great selection of products. Super friendly staff. I love that the first tune up is complimentary, too. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, Eugene and Lisa were so friendly and gave me the best deal for maintenance on my bike. They also told me about some bike groups and biking areas because I’m new to the area. Definitely recommend!
