Great I was welcome as soon as I walked in the door to pick up my bike. I received very good service from Joseph and Paxton unit my bike was ready for delivery.

I had scheduled a fitting with a fantastic bike fitter associated with another small business. When I called the business two weeks before the fitting, I gave them the date of the fitting, told them I wasn't local and asked if I could make an appointment date a few days before the fitting to drop my bike off, come back for the fitting and leave with it to cut down and trips and they refused to work with me. They said they would need my bike 10 days out and would "get to it at some point". When I told them I was still using it for Ironman training, they said "yeah that's not good we operate, we can't work with you on that". I told them that I would just have to go somewhere else. A few days before my fitting, I stopped in at Trek Fed Hill, which is local, dropped my bike off and they said they'd work to make sure it's ready before my fitting. They quoted me a price and when I picked up my bike (early!), it was even less than what they said. The bike rides and looks beautiful and they were so kind and accommodating. I'll be a Trek user for life!

The Domane AI 5 purchasing process was superior to any bike purchase I have made in the past, and the customer service was on par with the bike. The shop manager, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and informative about the bike and went out of his way to share his Domane AI 5 setup. I returned the following day with my decision to purchase the bike, but wanted to make sure the 56 was the right size, as my Specialized road bike is a 54. Lisa (I think) and Jonathan worked to make seat and stem adjustments that made me feel very comfortable on the bike. I would recommend the bike and shop to anyone interested in a Trek road e-bike.

Came in for new brake pads for my e bike, The work was done very quickly , I didn't have to wait long at all. The young man fixed my brakes. The cost was cheap and I was on the road again. Enjoying the beautiful day on my eBike

Excellent service, especially at the Fed Hill location! Manny + Lisa + the whole team are friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve made excellent repairs on all my bikes and go out of their way to keep costs down. Can’t say enough good things about Trek.
