About 18 months ago, tempted by the possibility of riding a new ebike at a demo day, i met some of the Trek Bath team at the Forest of Dean cycle centre. The experience was enough for me to decide to purchase a Trek Fuel Exe from them. I bought the bike in April 2024 and when i attended the store every member of the team that i met was friendly, positive and very helpful. I have found their customer service to be beyond anything ive found in bike shops over the last couple of decades. It is this care that resulted in me returning to buy a second bike for my son. To put all of this into context, i had moved to just buying online but the experience i've had with Trek Bath, from the demo day, through to buying the second bike and all the help ive had in between, has rebuilt my faith in local bike shops. The team really is a credit to the bike industry!
