I found Iain to be incredibly helpful especially as I arrived not knowing what I wanted. He put me at ease straight away and allowed me to try different sizes and set ups. On pick up he was still happy to change the set up and explained everything simply. Great service.

Iain was so helpful with all of our questions and services needs. We are currently touring around Bath before heading off to Portugal for a 6 month cycle tour. Iain advised us what brake pads we needed as spares and supplied them, adjusted our brakes on the spot and arranged to have 2 bike boxes put away so we can pick them up later and pack our bikes to have them ready to fly. Awesome service. Thanks.

I needed a new Shimano hydraulic brake caliper and Trek Bath had the item in store at a very competitive price. I live too far away to visit the store so it was shipped to me and arrived very quickly and well packaged. Perfect!

Lovely Santini Lidl-Trek jersey. One of the best- fitting garments they've made in my opinion, and they make some quality clothing. Very exciting to be honest. Also, very prompt delivery, well-packaged and free delivery. It's all good here in Liverpool. Well, apart from Everton getting beaten in the 101st minute, but that's another story.
