My bike was recently serviced by the team at Trek, Battersea. The guys were helpful and dealt with all issues competently. Special mention to Merton who is meticulous is his assistance. Always a pleasure to visit.

Products are good, lots of adjustability on the seat, handlebar etc. to get the correct position, Front of house are really friendly and helpful, mechanics and servicing is really impressive, particularly the turn around time. I’m a big fan of independent shops but to be honest I recommend trek Battersea to anyone…

Great service , excellent after sales service-very unusual in the world today. Service Team really understand what they are doing and nothing is ever a problem-good problem solvers. New bike is great - well priced and very comfortable. Old bike was 27 years and Trek guaranteed the cracked frame, so gave me a big reduction in price of the new bike - that’s what you call service!

Merton did a great job - went above and beyond. Not only sorted bike beautifully but provided a fantastic Madone loan bike with DTI - will definitely consider for my next bike. As ever great service by the friendly and helpful team. See you next time my Condor needs a service.
