We had a great experience at Trek Battersea. My son is absolutely delighted with his new bike! The staff were incredibly patient while helping him choose the right bike. They were also very professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our questions. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommended.

Level of customer service in store by German to set up the bike and educate me on various aspects was excellent, as was the email communication during the process of ordering and arranging collection.

Edwin was amazing in store, they put all the accessories I brought onto my new bike. Ensured I knew how to ride it, charge the shifters up and they even sent over afterwards lots of useful YouTube clips on how to take care of the bike. Honestly nothing seemed like it was too much hassle for him. Would definitely recommend
