Products are good, lots of adjustability on the seat, handlebar etc. to get the correct position, Front of house are really friendly and helpful, mechanics and servicing is really impressive, particularly the turn around time. I’m a big fan of independent shops but to be honest I recommend trek Battersea to anyone…

Great service , excellent after sales service-very unusual in the world today. Service Team really understand what they are doing and nothing is ever a problem-good problem solvers. New bike is great - well priced and very comfortable. Old bike was 27 years and Trek guaranteed the cracked frame, so gave me a big reduction in price of the new bike - that’s what you call service!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my bike from Trek. There was a small hiccup initially with adding the vendors to the Cycle to Work scheme in the UK, but the team handled it quickly and professionally. The staff were incredibly helpful, flexible, and truly knowledgeable about the products—they made sure I made the right choice for my needs. A special shoutout to German, who went above and beyond throughout the process. He was extremely supportive, helped me order the bike from Europe, and even kept it safely for me while I was away until I could collect it. His guidance and patience really made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Trek for anyone looking for quality bikes and top-notch service!

Merton has been incredibly helpful sorting out an issue I had been having with my bike for over a year. He was thorough in his process of checks and when it was realised that all checks had been done but the issue still remained he assisted me through the fantastic Trek warranty process and managed to get a new replacement bike for me as soon as possible. He communicated well throughout and went above and beyond to help get me the replacement bike as quickly as possible as I am in the midst of training for an Ironman. Got the new bike and have now trained on it with no issues, so could not be happier. Huge thanks and gratitude goes to Merton and the Trek London Battersea Team.
