Amazing customer service! From sales to service this place is awesome! They really took the time to help me find the perfect bike, that's the short version. Long version.. I bought one, didn't care for it, returned to the store and explained the issues I was having with discomfort. We tried several things, finally after about 45 min of trying about everything for me Chris led me to another style of bike. Man this one is great. A townie, I really didn't consider this one at all for long trips, but with how comfortable it is and easy to pedal I know it, and my knee, can do it. I've got about 40 miles on it so far and it's defiantly a keeper. Got the accessories on order :)

I was greeted immediately. The issue with my tire was able to be repaired quickly. Garrett was very knowledgeable and explained to me how to prevent this issue in the future….What may of caused the tube to get punctured. Very courteous And helpful. Great customer service. After test-riding a couple of new Trek bikes, and not being wowwed, the guys suggested that I bring my 12 year old bike, of which I was very fond, in for a tuneup and refit, which I did. It rides great and I am very satisfied. Thanks
