I have a daughter with special needs and I was recently in to look at a bicycle for her. In sizing a bike for her the gentleman, maybe Billy, suggested a Woom bike, which you do not carry. I very much appreciated the honesty! I of course have been a long time customer and you folks are amazing! Thank you!
This shop impresses me as the way a small business should be, a model for others to emulate. I took my Trek Domane ALR4, a beautiful design which includes a rear "suspension" component that seems now like a minimally functional but likely to cause problems feature, in for a tune-up.
Trek Beaverton did a great job not only on the Isospeed suspension link, but checking other likely causes of the complaint, notified me via email when it was ready, and the bike is better than it was when I bought it.
I feel sorry for bike shops having to ask the absurd prices Trek and others are putting on their new bikes nowadays, but this experience was exemplary.
Bravo.
I have been a customer of Trek for more than twenty years now. Way back to the early days of the Bike Gallery. I have purchased many products. They are always good quality and last a long time. Bikes, clothing, accessories. The service is always great.
able to fix stuff. but they used to have (Bike Gallery days) more obscure bits around the shop. I suppose it is ok they could order what I needed, but... I know, unutilized bits eventually cost pennies to keep around, and those pennies eventually add up,nand might somehow take up space more consumed bits might need.
