Staff went to extra effort to help find me a lower steering head bearing for my Farley, and spit balling some ideas about a problem I’ve been dealing with on the steering headset. ( without seeing the bike it’s hard to pin down - I get it )

Bought a Verve 3 at the Beaverton Store, and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attention to detail.
‘Billy’ who assisted me with the purchase, was knowledgeable and actually seemed interested, which is unusual in the current retail sales market. Billy hauled out three different bikes, and would have clearly shown me every bike in the store. RESPECT! While I took a short ‘test ride,’ he got coffee for my wife.upon completion of purchase, he helped my wife and I load it up.

I recently brought in our 6 yr old grandson to buy a helmet. Our salesperson (I forget his name) was friendly, helpful and patient (not always easy with a little guy). We found the perfect helmet. Really appreciate the help and good service.
I was able to get a 50% discount on a bike for my wife. I liked the discount on my bike as well. The sales team was very helpful and patient. No rush in the store. The offer of a free tune-up kn the first 30 days and one service in the first year is was nice to have as we break in our new bikes. I did provide feedback to the service team about the lack of proper pannier options for the MIK system.
