I liked that Rian, Rob, and Derek Kidd from SRAM Rep. were able to get my rarely worked/dead SRAM AXS Spider PM to be replaced by SRAM after the warranty had expired. Also, I'm thankful I brought my wheel in after discovering I had a broken spoke to get looked at/repaired. I was sent to another bike shop near by to get it repaired since they didn't have that particular kind of spoke in stock. Bike Gallery/TREK are carrying on the tradition of REALLY taking care of their clients.

The staff were very helpful and patient. They were clearly under staffed with a lot of customers to manage, but when it was our turn we received great help and assistance. We weren’t rushed and were given all the time and details needed to make the right purchase for our needs. Very impressed with how the staff managed so many people so well. We got two bikes and are very happy with our purchase.
