The Bee Caves Trek store has a great team. They helped me select new tires to complement my husband’s brooks saddle and get him some more off-road time, and walked me through everything needed so i could surprise him with a sparkling clean, serviced bike for his bday. The turn around for a tune-up and tire replacement was fast, only a week. Thanks, will be back.

- Great attitude from all the staff and very friendly - Much better experience than the one we experienced at the Lamar store location - Very helpful and willing to help the customer to the end and they leave the store and figure out solutions to have bike fit in the car. - Stayed past closing time to unbox and assemble bike. - Overall great experience from the staff. A rarity now in Austin, TX!

I can't remember his name! Jesse or James, well he was amazing! I got everything I needed for my son and he explained and demoéd everything. He had silver hair and bluish eyes I think and he cycles to work. I felt confident that I had set my son up for success and we found bargains and he even made my online shopping recommendations.
