What I like about Trek Bicycle Bee Cave is I can trust them to take care of my bike and fix any issues with speed and expertise, but without gouging me or adding extra services I don't need. I fully trust them to keep my bike in tip-top condition. Brett is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I would not trust my bike to any other bike store.

Brett Howard is a pleasure to work with. He treats me like a friend rather than a customer. Even if my bike is not having a problem, he asks if it is having any problems. He is energetic, interested, and wants to help.He speaks clear and concise and always makes a plan to get the bike back in good shape. I really like Trek Bee caves because no matter what problem the bike is having, I know they are going to fix it right. Everyone in the service department is commendable. Jas is first class mechanic and takes interest in the bike's upgrades. Good job Trek Bee Caves.

For a smaller store, Trek Bee Cave has a good selection of products. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. James is always upbeat, patient and very helpful. I have not used the service department yet but recommended the shop to a friend who was extremely pleased when she had several issues taken care of in less than 2 hours. I intend to have tune ups and necessary repairs done at Trek BC.
