The people that work at my local Trek store are great! They give me good advice and don't recommend pricey parts or service if I don't actually need them.
I came in multiple times with questions and everyone was so helpful and nice. I don’t know much about bikes but they were so kind with answering my questions. I didn’t feel dumb for not knowing things and they explained everything in a way I could understand. They also showered me how to take the tire off to get it in my car. Very nice people all around and I’m glad I chose trek
Staff is very good and follow up on issues and are quick to respond. Know my name and take good care of both my wife and me. Bike is good and common in my riding group. I ride 120 miles per week and have 4 bikes. I will buy another trek most likely.
Day before the big ride and the guys popped my bike in for a quick service so that I did not have trouble out on the road! So helpful! I have purchased all my bikes from this store. The service is beyond excellent and the employees are very helpful. I will continue to shop here at this store!

Gabi (sp?) was very helpful and encouraging with me- a "rusty" and very timid bicycle buyer- answered all questions and took the time in a relaxed way.
The fact that the staff listens to the needs of the customer is so important. We were treated like family with all of our questions answered without the upsell vibe.
Bellingham staff were great, suggested the right bike, let me test ride it and made sure I was comfortable. Much better experience than buying off some website!
Very happy with the bike - it is so light and rides easily without power which I just use for hills and when tired.
When I ordered the bike over the phone the girl I talked to was helpful, positive and congratulated me for my purchase. When I picked up the bike I was greeted right away and the guy who grabbed my new bike was great about suggesting addons.
