Tigue and the other sales associates were marvelously helpful. They work together to facilitate being able to find a proof of purchase from a long time ago so that Trek would hono its lifetime warranty against breakage from original parts. This is a wonderful shop.

Everyone knows there can be a stigma at bike shops where the folks are a little grumpy and not really that helpful. The occasional eye role about the state of your bike. This can’t be further from the truth at the Trek store in Bellingham. Everyone is so welcoming and understanding and will help you right away in the shop. It’s honestly a breath of fresh air compared to to a lot of local bike shops. I can honestly say this is the best bike shop I have ever been too. Give everyone there a raise!

I took my son’s bike in for some repairs and they totally modernized it with a new updated drive train. When the work was done the final bill was less than the quote they gave me so that was cool. After taking it for a ride my son noticed that that it still popped gears at certain spots. I took it back in and they immediately fine tuned it and even addressed another issue I forgot to bring up the first time. Super friendly staff and at least one very talented bike tech! Thanks for the help guys, I’ll definitely be coming back.
