Bellingham staff were great, suggested the right bike, let me test ride it and made sure I was comfortable. Much better experience than buying off some website! Very happy with the bike - it is so light and rides easily without power which I just use for hills and when tired.

When I ordered the bike over the phone the girl I talked to was helpful, positive and congratulated me for my purchase. When I picked up the bike I was greeted right away and the guy who grabbed my new bike was great about suggesting addons.

The entire staff exceeded my expectations, and I have very high standards. They were attentive, helpful & went above and beyond. Not living in Washington, I did business with this location remotely and each employee I spoke with over the course of several days, made me feel welcomed and like family. In the past 10 years I have not come across any business with employees that treat customers with such courtesy, honor and respect like Trek Bellingham Washington!

Wonderful service from Ty, during a trip to Bellingham with a Portland based bike meet up group. Very knowledgeable and helpful with a handful of things, incl helmet light, water bottle mount, few other things. I would highly recommend them if you're a local or visiting.

I came in to have my son’s bike repaired to try and get one more year out of it. Then the employee informed me of the company policy where I could turn in the old one and the company will repair it and donate and I get a two hundred dollar credit. Great program and my son got a new bike. Employees are always so kind and helpful when I go in. And love shopping with trek.

Had the part I needed in stock and fixed the bike up on the spot. Also, the bike mechanic took the time to explain what they were doing on the tire so I can learn the process. Really appreciate the extra effort!
