Great full service shop. I was having trouble finding an LBS to rebuild a back wheel of an e-bike with a hub motor, so I called Trek Beverly Hills. Patrick was able to source a rim and spokes, and have a custom wheel built. They always sort out my bicycle issues, and also sold me a Checkpoint too.

The crew at Trek Beverly Hills was fantastic! I rented a bike for a day of riding in the Hollywood Hills and they helped me with parking and route planning and then had cold bevies ready when I got back to the shop. I had one day to ride in LA and they made it a great one!

Trek has excellent service technicians for bikes. Super tip-top work. A couple years ago I found the sales people a bit pushy trying to get me to upgrade and buy "up" (I'm old school and resent such efforts). More recently, I did not get that vibe at Trek on Beverly. I'll definitely be back!

I love everything about Trek bicycles Beverly Hills. Everybody is wonderful they’re helpful and kind and patient and they make great recommendations. This is the second bike. I bought there and they ordered it for me put it together and I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone is to deal with it’s in a city, but it seems like a small town bike shop because the guys are so great. I do recommend them highly for bike repairs for a new bike whatever you need.
