We had a great experience with Winston! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us try out a few different bikes for my 10-year old and once we diffed out the one we wanted he got all set up and ready to ride. Scott was also very welcoming. It was such a great experience I will come back for future bike needs for my family.

recently, I went on a two week vacation and took my 2019 Madona with me. While out of state, I had problems with my shifting so I took it to an authorized trek superstore. They were kind enough to help me out immediately, but suggested that I needed a new chain which I did. When I got the bike back, it still didn’t shift well so I decided to wait till I got back to Beverly Hills trek where I knew I would get superior and thorough care for my bike. They simply did not readjust the derailer. They took the bike and did a thorough diagnosis. It turned out that the cable that was originally used had a coating on it and was clogging up the ability for the derailer to shift. This was determined after having the bike for two days since they were unhappy with the way, the bike was shifting originally.. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the staff at the Beverly Hills trek store, thorough comprehensive, and professional. I cringe whenever I have to to take my bike anywhere else.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer questions directly and clearly, for example in selecting a helmet and describing their tune-up services. They also serviced my two bikes well and with a good turnaround time. Thank you staff!
