I scheduled to rent a bike, however, my plan fell through and I had to cancel. I cancelled within with less than 24 hrs notice and was resigned to lose my rental fee. Without me asking, the rental fee was retuned. Much appreciated.

Trek Beverly Hills is the best bike shop in Los Angeles! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Every visit to the store was consistently top-notch...Scott, Josh, Patrick, Ernesto, Camden...the whole staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic. They made the whole process so fun and not at all overwhelming. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choice. As for the bike itself—wow, it's beautiful! It didn’t just meet my expectations, it completely blew past them. Smooth ride, great build, and clearly a quality product. Big shoutout to the entire team—you’ve got a great crew there. And whoever hired the store manager deserves a raise… absolute hunk and runs a fantastic shop. 10/10!

Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in letting me try multiple bikes and explaining all options. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable asking questions even though I am new to biking. He was also good about asking me all the questions that allowed me to match my preferences with the right bike. I like Trek in general because the store had a good-natured family feel and I felt like if anything went wrong or I needed more help down the road, they would be there to help me.
