Especially Patrick in service, an exceptionally talented bike whisperer- was able to to keep our bikes on the road and always keeping me up to date and part of the process. We love your products but we loved your services even more. Josh at Beverly Hills location was absolutely amazing with his knowledge and friendly assistance. He not made sure to address all our questions properly but also let us leave with a great experience. Whereas the PorterRanch location has a most rude staff who are there to only serve certain people and they make it obvious that they do not have any intentions neither to sell nor to interact with minority community members. We are definitely satisfied with Beverly Hills location and we know that they are there to help us with any questions or concerns. Kudos to the Beverly Hills Team speacilly Josh.

Trek of Bev Hills has a terrific service department. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they do great work. I have been loyal to this place since it was I. Martin back in the day, and was delighted when Trek took over. Best bike shop in Los Angeles!
