My family and I were traveling from Texas and two out the four of our bikes were stolen one night. The Trek team heard this story and we out of this way to make sure that my family got two similar bikes up and running very quickly to complete our trip to Yosemite. I can’t say enough about the character of this team. They could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. I highly recommend them.

Scott was outstanding---attentive, knowledgeable, interested and responsive to my wants, needs and expectations. His suggestion that I "road test" my bike-of-choice, with proper clip in pedals installed, was a winning move. Truly outstanding PERSONAL service!!! The bike suggested for the type of riding I do was PERFECT---comfortable,light, reasonably priced. Good stuff and good people---WONDERFUL!!!

I had a flat while on a ride and they replaced the tube while I waited. I was offered water and was treated well. The mechanic noticed that the sidewall on the tire was breaking down. They replaced it with a tire similar to the one on the bike but more flat resistant. Couldn't have asked for more

The service team is the best for any local bike shop in the world! I trust all of my maintenance to them and they keep me on the road pedaling. We’ve lived in a number of cities and nothing beats the team in Beverly Hills. They know my bike and me and I just love having the Beverly Hills Trek shop as my local bike shop.
