Trek products are top of the line and the service teams are just outstanding. I’ve had service at both Blacksburg and Roanoke shop and not only was the service work great, but the team members really went out of their way to get me taken care of quickly and friendly! Would really struggle to buy anything but a Trek!!

I brought my older Trek road bike in for what i thought was a defective bottom bracket. Mason, very nice guy, jumped right on it and determined that all that was needed was tightening the bottom bracket. Really appreciate his expertise on solving my problem.
