Went in for some minor service and the technicians took the time to diagnose and adjust the bike to alleviate the issues. The were courteous and professional while taking the time to listen to my concerns and finding solutions to the issues I was having with the bike.

Mason at the Trek store in Christiansburg/ Blacksburg area was vey helpful as he took the time to explain the differences between the bike shoes. He spent the time to make certain that they fit properly.
