Staff are knowledgeable and patient. They advise well and do good work. I used the shop for repairs at first, then bought a Trek FX-2. That was an economical choice recommended by staff. That served me well. Then I got older and needed a bike for less nimble legs and feet. I researched and ordered an FX +1s. I told staff some problems I needed to solve when riding and they advised well. In sum, the staff are capable and accommodating. The location is good.

I really appreciated the patience, competence, and knowledgeable way in which David heard what I wanted and needed in a bike and then offered options tailored to that instead of making a high end sale. I ended up feeling confident and happy about the bike I bought and walked away feeling grateful

I am a big fan of Trek bicycles. I own four! I have always received good service from Trek Bicycles in Blacksburg.

We have bought 2 e-bikes, helmet and other accessories from Trek Blacksburg. We have received the best service from employees. We had one bike in for service to check rotor and needed a replacement piece for the front fender - where fender is attached at wheel (it appears to be a standard item on many or all bikes). It took over a week for the part to come in. All was done the day, the part came in. Understanding, it would be impossible to have all parts for all bikes in store, am disappointed what appears to be a standard part took a week to make it to bike shop. We will continue to support Trek Blacksburg - even an hour away from home.
