I’ve had my bike worked on twice at the Trek store. Unlike some of the other shops in town they got my bike on the rack immediately to see what was wrong with it. They gave me a loaner while they were waiting for parts and were all around great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I get all my bikes serviced at Trek in Blue Ash. Joe and the team are very helpful and do everything they can to help quickly. I bought a new Domane last year and love it. I am a big fan of trek and of your Blue Ash location. I have sent many people there.
