Your service team and the employees at blue ash are one of a kind. They continuously take care of my bikes and needs from my simple FX2 all the way to my speed concept. I shop here simply for the service team
I love my bike (FX+2), it fun and easy to ride with the pedal assist. But better than the bike is the staff at the Blue Ash location. They are friendly, helpful and honest. I took it in for routine service, they did a quick check and said I didn't need anything more and sent me on my way.
Joe and Corey did a phenomenal job helping us. They didn’t push products we weren’t looking to buy, they made us feel important, took time to answer all of our questions and were very knowledgeable. We had just come from a different LBS earlier that day and we felt like we were getting taken advantage of. But at Trek we never felt that way. We walked away with 2 bikes and have already told our friends that they need to go to Trek in Blue Ash if they ever want to look for a great bike!
Chris was able to migrate to a new crankset which accomplished my goal of having a larger chain ring. The first bike shop i went to were not able to perform this task.
The bike is performing flawlessly. Chris also noticed a rear brake drag and fixed it. This was out of scope for the work.

Blue Ash trek has been my go to place for bicycle sales and service for last 12 years and I feel welcome every time I go there. The staff is eager to help. They are fast and get the job done to my satisfaction every time.
Everyone in the store was super helpful and made us feel welcome. They dragged out a bunch of bikes to try and even gave us water on a hot day between test rides!
