Got to the store 5 minutes before close due to heavy highway traffic. People at the front desk didn’t care, were happy to go the extra mile to look up a bike cleat, and return my bike I dropped off for service. The gentleman had a great attitude and did his job flawlessly. My favorite trek store in the area, there are others but I’ve gotten poor service in the past.
