How friendly and knowledgeable everyone was! I was greeted instantly when arriving, and Winston was so helpful with providing the right bike for me. The sale’s manager was present and was also very helpful and kind. I will definitely be back when I’m in town because of the great service!

Joe (sales rep) was amazing in the process of selecting a new bike, any issues we had with it to correct them, and delivering high quality customer service. This is one of the only bike shops where we were not talked to like we were stupid for not having all the answers on a bike or what I wanted (even compared to other Trek stores where I have had a negative experience), that it was an excellent experience. Joe should be commended for his exception customer service and sorting out issues with the original bike's frame. Thank you, Joe, for taking such good care of both myself and my friend in our purchases!

The staff are very helpful. I had an issue with my bike and they helped me get is resolved under warranty. I was given a loaner bike to use while my bike was being repaired. They took the stress out of having a broken bike. I'd definitely recommend visiting them if you're considering getting a new bike or taking your current bike somewhere for service.
