Winston was an incredibly engaging and down-to-earth person whom I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with. He was genuinely interested in our questions and provided thoughtful responses. The upselling process was implemented respectfully and was not repeated if it was dismissed. I would definitely return to this shop in the future.

I like the way the bike work--great e-bike design. As for service, I am remembered at the store and service is prompt, very customized (Joe digs to find out what is going on with the bike) and even though I am not a bike gear-head they treat me with respect and explanations. I trust the work.
