Kelsey was able to help me out getting a new seat mast. She located the part and actually told me when it would be in. I didn't do any shopping but it appeared the shop was really clean and the other associates were helpful as well.

Friendly and competent. I ordered an accessory for a new bike which they installed for me. I also had them check a couple other things including a possibly creaky seat post and adjust the shifting. I had a few other questions and Christopher who was helping me educated me on all of them. Everyone in the store and shop has been great and helpful (John, both Christopher's, and Kelsey) and I love that they often can take care of small issues right away. Great local bike shop.

I had a flat tire on my bike and brought it over 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. They were able to quickly repair my tire that evening, and it was much less then I thought I’d have to pay.
