Took my MTB in recently [Mar 25] for service. Only had interactions with Chris E. I liked the speed of service mostly and that Boise has a TREK store and "mechanics." I cannot comment on their merchandise nor prices, although the basic service seemed a little pricey. Overall, good experience.

I brought my bike in for repair. Had a shifter that wasn't operating properly. They ordered a warranty replacement and made the repair without any down time.

The person who helped us was amazing! I don't recall his name but he had on multiple rings and has a mustache. We had the best customer service and are very happy with our experience and purchases.
