I took my daughters bike in a week ago and had it serviced and new tubes. They even cleaned her bike for me. Then brought mine in for new tubes. They were very friendly and didn't try to add extra service that wasn't needed. Very straightforward and seems honest. I definitely will keep coming back.

Service manager Chris went above and beyond when one of the new tires I brought to have installed came with a defect in the bead. Chris managed the warranty return with the manufacturer in short order and got my bike back on the road.

John helped me out with a bike fit yesterday. I’m relatively new to the cycling industry and this was my first bike fit. Safe to say, there was a lot of work that needed to be done haha John’s knowledge, patience, and overall professionalism to ensure I was more than satisfied was unparalleled. Truly, made my experience incredible and more than anything, he showed countless times on how much he cares that I was happy and comfortable being on the bike. He has so much passion in what he does and him going above and beyond for me was simply just the standard and bare minimum for him. So much appreciation for John and the team at Trek for making my time there; a memorable one. Thank you John, I know we will be chatting again real soon! Excited to get on the road with my new setup!

We had a specific bike that we were excited to purchase for our daughter for her mountain bike team season. Trek Boise didn't have the one we wanted but Colton graciously offered to call around and see if they could locate our desired make/model within the greater Trek community. A few weeks later, we now have that bike and couldn't be more pleased. Our daughter came home from practice beaming and is beyond stoked to ride. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
