Great service at the Boise Milwaulkee location. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Even to the casual cyclist. My go-to spot for bike help. I currently commute on a Trek FX2 e-bike and love the product. I love that I need to keep pedaling for movement but can get a little extra help on the hills. As a 62 year old life long bicyclist, I am not interested in sitting on a ‘bike’ and pushing a button without any effort. this bike is the perfect balance. Pedal assist only. I absolutely love it.
