I have been very happy with the trek bike and additional accessories. I bought a new trek 3 years ago and have had no problems. More importantly, is there service. I and extremely satisfied with the level of customer service. Every interaction I have had has been top notch. They are professional, proficient and extremely knowledgeable. They are there to make it easy. They stand by their word and are eager to satisfy. Job well done!!

Manager Jake: provided great communications in the sales, quote and follow up process. Product knowledge was spot on as he evaluated our current needs but also the future needs as well. One bike was purchased FX+1 and second one Charter 5s is on back order. Delivery process was smooth, effortless and on time as promised. All spec’s/Features were fully explained and demonstrated. The Staff was very helpful and positive during our visits. The store was clean and well organized. We have been Trek customers for over 20 years and are very confident in the quality of products & service that your team has provided over the years. Paul and Sandi Meikle PS. All the staff were very helpful As for products - my Checkpoint SL7 handles and rides very close to my Colnago C64 Allroad. I'm glad I decided to buy it over an Enve Mog or Specialized Crux.

We really enjoy the staff at Trek in Boise. The are amazing and kind and so helpful. The service department are really good also. They are very knowledgable and are very efficient at getting the bike when they say it would be done. Definitely would refer them.
