I have 7 bikes and 2 of them are TREK bikes, a road bike and an e-bike. I like the bikes for the features I am looking for, but most of all the customer service. I have always had great customer service, particularly at the TREK Boise store where Chris, Tess, and the others ( I wish I remembered their names) have spent quality time with selling or explaining the service on my bikes.

John came to my house and worked on my trike for over an hour and just checked every single part of it out and reset it so that was appropriate for my body and the way I ride. He was incredible and I would highly highly recommend.

The customer service at the Boise store was excellent. Kelsey was knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me to select the correct size and model of bike and several accessories. The staff knows their products and is an excellent reason to purchase a bike at a bike store. Nathan was very helpful in selecting a rack to fit the bike. I would definitely purchase from this location again. The bike fit is great and handles great. Thanks
