As a long-time rider upgrading to a new Trek bike, I came in with specific goals and some concerns around my form, pedals, and overall setup. He was incredibly patient and efficient in getting me fitted and set up properly within a short timeframe, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Hard work and resourcefulness finding the bike I wanted from another store in Vegas while it was out of stock from the manufacturer. Detailed communication with me along the way. Full attention me when picking bike up and addressing all my needs for the seat, handle bad stem, water bottle storage, etc. To customize for me. Super customer service ‼️

The Service Department at the Boise West Trek Store has always been able to work repair/replacement issues same day, so I don't have to drive an extra 100-mile round trip to pick-up a bike. This time was no different. I was expecting a couple of hours, and they were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. It allowed me to take advantage of some significant in store savings on a couple of pairs of cycling shoes and a new helmet. I can't thank the service department enough for the above and beyond customer service.

Trek is a quality product! I had been riding my Trek 820 for TWENTY years and beat the ever loving daylights out of my bike! It took my abuse like a champ until I cracked the frame. I immediately replaced it with another Trek. Can't go wrong!

Quality products and great customer service. We drive 2 hours to the Boise Trek store because they are great. When my son wanted a different color bike, the staff was quick to find a color he liked. Built it in 10 min and we were out of there. Nice work Trek Bicycle Boise!
