Fast turn around on my service. Super knowledgeable staff.

Great Team with Kurt, Chris, Nate

Great customer service and of course, Trek is an amazing bike!

Great friendly service.

There are many bike shops in Boise to choose from but the Trek store has become my go to shop for most service needs. To begin with the staff is consistently friendly and polite. I also find them to have a high level of competence and if it's an issue that one person isn't familiar with they will get input from each other. Lastly they're quick and often the turn around for service is the same day or the next day.

Good quality and Friendly service

Friendly and helpful staff. Quick turn around time for repairs

Friendly, quick, knowledgeable people help you out.

Staff was amazing. Ordered part took 2 weeks so offered amazing demo bike to ride until Repairs were complete. Staff was apologetic even though it was clearly not their fault. Service department is amazing! Scott F

Freindly and knowledgable staff and reasonable prices for repair services. Cheaper than other shops in the area. And good at it too.

I originally bought my Trek MB at a dealer in San Diego. I've had the bike since 2017~ and have enjoyed the ride. Part of what keeps it functional is having the maintenance done when needed. Since moving to Boise, I have always had friendly and professional service. Had to stop by yesterday to have a flat evaluated a fixed. The tech was able to do the work while I waited. ~ 12 Noon, Thanks!

Fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Also location is great for me.

Have what I want when I walk in.

Trek is great for repairs....they are quick and friendly. Chris introduced himself to me and fixed my bike while I waited, which saved me another trip. Thanks guys....

Overall, the team at Trek Boise is a pleasure to work with. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] especially does a great a job at fielding my service questions and being willing to help troubleshoot any issues I have. John was also a pleasure to work with for a bike fit, and Nathan did well coordinating both the service work and fit. From my last service visit, there was only a couple very minor nitpicks I had. When my new brake lines were routed, they did not route the lines internally in the handlebars. They were just under the bar and wrapped. Not a big deal, but as it changes the feel of the bars, it might have been good to check with me on my preference. Additionally, they noted my rear brake pads were thin and should be replaced soon. My brakes were bled during the service, and as they were bled with very thin pads, the caliper pistons are nearly fully extended when the brake lever is not pressed. This makes changing to new pads very difficult as the new thicker pads will not fit. This will likely require some fluid needing to be bled from the system. In doing so, there's the potential that it could impact the bleed work that was just done. Ideally, they would have called and asked if I would have wanted the pads replaced with the brakes work that was already being done. I would have said yes. Again these are pretty minor nitpicks, but wanted to share my thoughts while they were fresh. Thanks, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]

I brought in 4 bikes for some minor work and they got right on it and did them all within a couple hours. Great service!

Great family friendly service! Traded out my daughters Trek bike here for a larger one. Jake was very helpful. Much appreciated!

We took our bikes in to get a tune-up. The turnaround time was great, and I had a bike fitting. Very professional and answered all of our questions.
