Trek is Trek, but the service at this shop has been really outstanding. Between Jake, Chris, and John, not only remembering me but also their friendly support with my bike purchase, I have no reservations about spending my bike money with this shop vs. online. Service was great. The staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful. I asked about the no flat tubes and was told if I was trail or mountain biking then yes, but if street riding no. I really appreciate the honesty and no up sales.

Trek fuel exe was the best investment I ever made. I love riding it. I took it in for my first tune up. When I got it back, I thought it was a brand new bike! Great Service!
