On my second Trek Powerfly and been very impressed with the old Powerfly 5 and the new generation Powerfly 6.
Service at both Trek shops I have been to, at Bristol and Poole, was a good experience with expert advice from experienced technicians.
The people are so helpful and every time I went in was seen quickly and by someone friendly. You can tell everyone is very knowledgeable and you’re in safe hands!
Extremely helpful, solution oriented, reliable and very reasonable prices. I have used this shop for many years and have never been disappointed. They take into account I am 74 and often just need some small repair- staff are always polite and friendly

Dropped my bike off for a repair and service on Tuesday morning.
Was told it would be ready for collection Thursday y the end of the day, a few hours later on Tuesday I had a notification that the work was done and it was ready to collect!
This is basically unheard of when the LBSs near me have a 10 day time frame
