Fantastic service support from the team at Trek Bristol, Charlie is next level brilliant. Had an issue with my Domane which was identified really quickly and resolved there and then I own two Trek bikes and whilst they are really great it’s the Trek service that keeps me coming back.

Having trawled several bike shops for assistance I had success with Trek Bike Bristol. I was after increasing the hill climbing gears on my Trek Domane SL6. Luckily Charlie and Rob liked a challenge and after an hour or so checking compatibility and availability we had a solution. The parts were ordered, updates were received and within a couple of weeks I have a road bike with a 31:36 climbing gear ratio. (I can't believe this isn't a standard upgrade for cyclists with small thighs like me wishing to tackle the steep ramps in Cornwall, Devon and Wales on a road bike; but what do I know?) Anyway I couldn't be happier with the service from Trek Bike. Great personal service and so much better than 'you should buy a gravel bike or train harder' advice I got from elsewhere. Cheers

Trek Bristol are fantastic. My rear mech gear cable was very frayed and slipping in the grip holder. I turned up on spec on Saturday morning and the mechanic threaded a new internal cable there and then. Beautiful job done, plus some general bike maintenance advice/tips for my upcoming 14 day endurance cycling challenge. So glad I got the cable sorted promptly. Thanks guys, great five star service. 👍

Had my e bike serviced. Guys at the service area were very knowledgeable and did a good job on my bike. Couldn't get my bike serviced at my local Trek shop (Bath) so took it to Bristol store. Would probably prioritise Bristol store over Bath store even though it's further away. Well done guys, good job.
