Very professional service, quick turnaround (I was quoted 3 weeks by another shop, Trek Bristol turned around in less than a week). Offered sound advice and the bike is now running great. I will defo be back!

All the staff are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to advise you and help immediately if they have the time. Give you tips on how to look after your bike and generally really welcoming a pleasure to spend time in your shop . Money well spent.

On my second Trek Powerfly and been very impressed with the old Powerfly 5 and the new generation Powerfly 6. Service at both Trek shops I have been to, at Bristol and Poole, was a good experience with expert advice from experienced technicians.
