Trek Bristol are fantastic. My rear mech gear cable was very frayed and slipping in the grip holder. I turned up on spec on Saturday morning and the mechanic threaded a new internal cable there and then. Beautiful job done, plus some general bike maintenance advice/tips for my upcoming 14 day endurance cycling challenge. So glad I got the cable sorted promptly. Thanks guys, great five star service. 👍

Had my e bike serviced. Guys at the service area were very knowledgeable and did a good job on my bike. Couldn't get my bike serviced at my local Trek shop (Bath) so took it to Bristol store. Would probably prioritise Bristol store over Bath store even though it's further away. Well done guys, good job.

Had my Madone serviced and chatted about my needs later in the year before I take it to the Alps. Had some great advice and the bike given a good once over whilst I get some training in, the comms were great whilst the bike was in great service from a great store in Bristol.

From a riders point of view I love Trek products as they ride awesome. Bristol Trek is always 100 percent when it comes to service , advice and guidance . I ahve bought two bikes and will continue to do so
