Dropped my bike off for a repair and service on Tuesday morning. Was told it would be ready for collection Thursday y the end of the day, a few hours later on Tuesday I had a notification that the work was done and it was ready to collect! This is basically unheard of when the LBSs near me have a 10 day time frame

The sales associate that I dealt with, Jon, was incredibly good. Asked and answered all the right questions to get me where I needed to go. I took the bike out as soon as I got home and had one of the best ever days out. The bike itself has so far been A1, and I could not be happier with the service and the product. I would highly recommend Trek Bristol to anyone looking for a bicycle.
