I just needed to have a flat tire repaired. The repairman asked me if I had a few minutes to wait. I said I did and wondered if he could let me watch. He proceeded to replace the tube slowly, explaining everything to me as he did so. I realize I should be doing things like this on my own. I just am really good at making very small projects into big ones that eventually need an expert to fix. I just really like this place - never condescending, always helpful, cheerful, and eager to serve.
