My TREK Madone 5.9 received only the service required to keep it performing perfectly. Thank you for not "over-selling" the service. Bike was ready before scheduled due date. Much appreciated. Brought in my wife's road bike also. Basic tune up for a functioning bike was diagnosed so unnecessary charges avoided. New in town and now our lifetime local shop. We recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable service crew. I have an old (2008) Focus Izalco Pro with Sram Red drivetrain, which they were able to fix and update, even though it was not a Trek. Eric and mechanics identified problems, even damage that I was unaware of, and found parts and provided fixes. Happy with the experience; bike works great again!

After having gone to another bike shop and not being thrilled with the experience because of a fast talking salesman and another that acted half annoyed, we came here. I'm a menopausal overweight woman but Waldo and Darren made me feel welcome and just as important as a professional cyclist. It was my first e-bike and Waldo took his time in making sure I felt comfortable and that I got the right sized bike, offered for me to try out a couple and put up with my lame jokes. After coming back to the store once I made a decision on a bike, Darren helped me, taking his time and even helped to load the bike in my truck even though it was past closing. Came back the next day to get a family member a bike and Waldo was once again great! I walked in feeling completely out of place in a bike store, but you all made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Thank you!
