Quality products and service. Staff very friendly with no pushing into a sale, Chris meet with my wife and daughter as we were looking to upgrade my daughters bike. Chris gave very professional advice showing the options available, and explained the difference. We ordered the bike couple of days later, as bike was not in stock. Bike was at shop two days later, perfect timing as we headed out for long weekend, and my daughter loves her new bike! Thanks to Chris and all the staff. 😀

The disc brakes on my FX Sport SL 5 had become incredibly noisy when stopping. I stopped by the Trek shop in Burlington and the mechanic popped new pads in and cleaned up the rotors while I waited. I couldn’t have been happier with the service.

I loved that I could simply drop in with my bicycle to have it safety checked. I was given some very helpful options to my request. I decided to add some accessories to the bike. I was shown the accessories right there and they were installed at the same time the bike was there. I was able to leave the bike and pick it up the same day! That was unexpected and a very happy surprise! I was very pleased and will definitely return again for any help with our bikes!
