Jayden installed a pair of Bontrager Satellite Elite Grips for me while I waited. The end plugs did not fit my handlebars so he went through 4 or 5 other pairs until he found some that would fit, so a simple installation ended up being rather time consuming. I really appreciated the extra effort, so I went back 2 days later and bought another pair of the same grips. I spoke that day at length with Derek who patiently answered all of my questions. When I am in the market for a new bike, Trek in Burnaby will be foremost in my mind.
