Nic in your Burnaby BC store provided outstanding service. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I had brought in my old Bontrager shoes to compare fit and he noticed the cleats on one of the shoes was loose. He said my cleats were still in good shape but while nice for him to say that to save me money, I decided to get new ones for the new shoes. He tightened the old ones and installed the new ones in the new shoes. He provided good advice on the shoes too. By the way, I purchased these shoes after another person in my cycling group got them in the Port Coquitlam store and let me know while she was in the store. I had been looking regularly on your website and these were not on it. So thrilled to find these shoes at a great price. I checked them out first in Port Coquitlam which is close to me and then drove to Burnaby immediately to get them in my size. Nic had them ready with the cleats on top of the box so I just walked in and tried them on. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. A great new addition to your company!!!!
