Broght in my Checkpoint SL7 for a creaking issue. Staff quickly determined it is a failed IsoSpeed coupling. Replacement has been ordered & will be installed when I return from my bike trip.

Trek (Burnaby) has a great selection of bikes and apparel for all sizes. I had great customer service by Evan Helgason-Thorp, who was extremely knowledgeable and it was nice talking to someone that rode enduro like me. Will definitely be purchasing my next bike from Trek in the near future.
