Erik did just a beautiful job in building a frame I brought in to its final product. I can’t recommend the store more highly. I got none of the attitude that I get in other local bike stores, they just took it and found all the parts that I was missing and put it together. They are just great.

I truely enjoyed buying a bike for my son here. The staff was absolutely patient, kind and respectful to us and guided us to the best choice we could get. The bike is fantastic, its Trek after all. He also patiently helped us load the bike onto the car which he really did not need to do. We first purchased the bike online and were picking it up in the store but noticed the bike is too small, the staff returned it for us and got us a bigger bike which was actually less expensive and I got my money back! I mean, how can one get a better experience in a bike shop?

The tech I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose the cause of a couple of problems and quote me a price for services, which ended up being everything I needed. The bike was ready when he said it would be, and the difference between when I dropped it off and now is huge. They did such a great job cleaning it and the adjustments made for an incredibly smooth and quiet ride.
