As a cyclist of more than 50 years, the guys at Trek Cambridge are top notch!! Since I purchased my Verve 2 Ebike in 2020, I now love biking more than ever. I even bought a Townie Electra for my wife, and we love it!! I must say that dealing with Shawn, Eric and Zach, most recently; it's been a great experience. I walked in the other day, spoke to Zach, he changed out my tires and tubes in under an hour...!! Great crew, and I'm a customer who will be back and I recommend them to everyone who asks me about bike shops. Thank you, Trek...much appreciated...!!

Folks did a great job fixing my bike, went above and beyond - I didn't prepare a bottom bracket for replacement, the store folks were able to locate a replacement part and install it on the same day.
