I had a problem with my bike wobbling that no one could solve. I took it into Broadway Bicycle School twice and Landry's Bicycles Boston once, and no one had any idea what the problem was. They were saying things like, there's so much wrong with the bike, could be anything, will cost hundreds of dollars to fix. Then I took it to Trek, and the guy (Eric Stilwell) instantly identified the problem and fixed it in < 10 minutes for $60. It now works perfectly. So grateful!!!

The employees have been hugely helpful to me with my Trek e-bike Super Commuter +7. Lately, they spent a lot of time and effort finding a new charger for my bike after mine got lost. Took a while to find one (it's an old bike now) and UPS lost the first one (!), but they got it for me! Very happy! Also, I'm 77 years old and they've been great about helping me with some age-related things, so they're not just for the young and bold, but for people of all ages - people who want their bikes fixed to keep kids safe, seniors who want an e-bike so they can bike wiht their grandkids, etc. Highly recommend Trek Bikes Cambridge.

The staff here is fantastic! They've helped me with all sorts of things, many with quick turnaround when I needed it. That includes cannibalizing bikes in the showroom when it would take longer to get parts ordered. They even remember me and my family! When I had an order delivered to the store that I forgot about, they recognized my son when he came in for maintenance and sent my part home with him.

My son's very old Trek bike got a flat tire and was repaired immediately. They also replaced the brake pads, which was a big help. They provided very efficient and friendly service. They are a very reliable store.

Shawn and Zachary let me try a few bikes, submitted a warranty claim for my broken frame, and eventually sold me a brand new Checkpoint ALR 3, which is a huge upgrade from my 1982 Trek model 613!
