I have had a few interactions with the lovely folk at Trek Carnegie since the purchase of my FX Dec 25. Everyone I've spoken to is professional, courteous and friendly with a few over-and-above moments thrown in for good measure. This week I had the FX serviced (free 6 month service) and the bike has come back singing. An issue I had with the bike has been resolved, it was cleaned, and a few things I couldn't do without my toolkit at home were taken care of - new pedals fitted and drink cage. Trek bikes are amazing and I highly recommend buying yours and getting your services done at Trek Carnegie (people in the City shop are amazing too - maybe it's a Trek thing?)

I bought my favourite Trek bike at Trek Carnegie and absolutely love the ride. People often comment on how great the bike looks too. The team at Trek Carnegie always service my bike efficiently. The online booking service is handy too. When I had an urgent issue they were able to get a part quickly under warranty and get me back on the road. They’re friendly and helpful and great with extra advice Highly recommend

Luke was very friendly. I am new to biking but he was very helpful and patient and explained everything in detail for me. Gave me plenty of tips and tricks too! They also built my bike and got it ready in less than 6 hours. Very fast service. Overall very happy with my experience!
