Clearly outlined specs on the various bikes, courteous service and friendly staff. Lewis and Scott were excellent to deal with and demonstrated great customer service through listening to and understanding needs and making insightful recommendations. They were also able to deliver value for money by accommodating budgetary constraints and the 30 day return policy is deeply assuring.
