Purchased my fourth bike from Scott and the team at Trek. Brilliant service, world class bikes. When you are spending big dollars, you should demand excellence. Trek deliver every time. Things will always go wrong, bikes have faults, they brake, you crash. What I want as a consumer is the problem fixed, quickly, efficiently and with as little fuss and headache as possible. This is where trek excels. Carbon care is a game changer. While my mates argue with their bike dealer over primacy, trek fix the problem. That’s why I go back.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at Trek Carnegie. Went in to buy some bike maintenance gear, which the team helped me out with. Really good to get advice from the helpful mechanics who clearly know their stuff. Definitely worth checking this shop out.

Customer Service at Trek Carnegie is second to none and they proved it again in this latest visit. I had a problem with my bike on the road and took it to the shop on the way home. Obviously they couldn't fix it straight away because they were working on other bikes (and I'd be annoyed if my job was put aside in favour of a queue jumper!) but they were in touch before the end of the day to say it had been fixed. Another great effort guys!

Had a range extender fitted for my Fuel Exe. It works great and gives me extra 50% battery. There was a problem with the pairing to the Trek app, which the guys fixed quickly - so all good. Friendly and helpful crew at the shop. Thanks guys!
