Picked up my bike after getting new bars fitted. They told me they put a minor scratch on the bar when fitting and were happy to replace. I couldn’t even see the scratch which they pointed out. Didn’t want the bars replaced as for me the bike is to be ridden and will get more scratches in due course The people who served me have always been polite and nothing too much trouble. They offered to assist in other ways which was appreciative

I have had a few interactions with the lovely folk at Trek Carnegie since the purchase of my FX Dec 25. Everyone I've spoken to is professional, courteous and friendly with a few over-and-above moments thrown in for good measure. This week I had the FX serviced (free 6 month service) and the bike has come back singing. An issue I had with the bike has been resolved, it was cleaned, and a few things I couldn't do without my toolkit at home were taken care of - new pedals fitted and drink cage. Trek bikes are amazing and I highly recommend buying yours and getting your services done at Trek Carnegie (people in the City shop are amazing too - maybe it's a Trek thing?)
