As a former customer at Trek Oviedo, I was looking for some shoes and knew this was the next closest store. To my delight Steven from Oviedo was there and as usual, not only remembered me as a customer but went out of his way to help me find something in my size. I was, however, so disappointed to hear he might not be with Trek anymore. I cannot believe local leadership would allow him to slip away. In the world of retail where it seems all that matters is a big sale, Steven actually loves delivering an experience. And speaking from experience, there are a couple stores in Orlando that would be in much better shape if he was there.

The service provided to me was excellent. The sales associate Jovanny was extremely professional. I am not an easy customer. I made lots of questions and gave different reasons for different builds. Jovanny paid attention to what I needed, and provided a varied selection of bicycles fo choose from. I ended up purchasing the bike that same day. Currently extremely satisfied with the service and my purchase.
