TREK. I really want to draw your attention. Focus on Giovanni, a Dominican associate. He truly is the associate every company needs!!! To be honest, the purchasing experience, beyond whether or not you'd buy a bike, was outstanding. He helped me dissuade all my doubts and concerns about the purchase. He made an effort to understand both the budget allocated for the purchase and the short- and medium-term usage goals to choose the most suitable bike. It wasn't a forced sale, it wasn't rushed, he took the necessary time to make me feel comfortable, and he was always supported by his expertise in the field. The rest is definitely on my own; he's a collaborator who definitely needs your full attention and recognition. TREK.

Just one more thing. I forgot to request the bike's owner's manual. Does it exist? Is it possible to get a physical copy? Thank you!!!!

Johvanny was an excellent salesman. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding the Dual Sport I was interested in. He also helped me find the accessories that I was looking for, for my bike and installed them. He did so well, I even came back later in the day and bought a second bike for my wife. I was disappointed he was busy with another customer when I came in, but he still managed to help me out while purchasing my wife’s bike when he had a chance. I am disappointed the Casselberry location is closing down and moving, but I hope he moves over to the new location. He deserves a raise and it would be disappointing to not see him again for any questions I may have regarding Trek bikes, and not being able to get help from him for any future purchases I may make.
