The manager provided excellent service since someone missed my bike service appointment. He immediately had my bike serviced and comped the service for their error. We all make mistakes, so I'll forgive them and continue to use them in my upcoming service in the winter.

The community feel to the shop, not always easy to find ppl who genuinely want to get you the right product and instead will upsell a customer. That is not the case at this shop, took care of me very well down to the details. They have a new life-time customer for that very reason!
