The service. The young man was not thrown off by me bringing in wheelchair wheels and tires to be put on. He wasn’t sure he could do it but accepted the challenge cheerfully and sure enough he was able to do it. Lots of places, and even one of the other employees there, immediately say no, but not him. He worked it out and completed the job. He is an employee to be valued and a great ambassador for your company.
I’m new to the sport. The moment i walked in, i was greeted with impeccable service and the staffed answered any of my questions and made recommendations to get me started.
Well, I have one concern. I donated a mountain bike to your bike refurbish program for needy kids and truly got no thank you at the time I brought the bike in.
It was very odd to say the least that there was what felt like no appreciation to be given a bike I had purchased from your shop years earlier.
Perhaps you have no idea how far a small sign board in a corner would go to goodwill and free advertising? You could post a list of donor names and hold a small drawing for the donors twice a year
Not much more to write.
I’ve only been in the store once and that was to purchase a specific item. With that said, a staff member immediately came over to greet my son and I. She asked if we needed any help, listened to us and then made recommendations. She even gave us a discount. We got what we came for and we’re happy.
