The community feel to the shop, not always easy to find ppl who genuinely want to get you the right product and instead will upsell a customer. That is not the case at this shop, took care of me very well down to the details. They have a new life-time customer for that very reason!

David, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the problem I was having with my bike. He did not over promise when my bike would be ready for pickup. Repairs were completed before my expectations.
