This past Saturday, I walked in with my bike, and they were very quick and friendly responding to all my bike service needs. Thank you, Bogdan and Tayler!
They were very knowledgeable about all the things the bike needed for repairs and were efficient getting the parts with tight time frame that we had. We were on a tight time frame and they went above and beyond to get my daughter’s bike ready for college! The tires look fantastic and I love that they have reflective strip to help her be visible at night…they recommended these tires to me and I’m so thankful! They provided such great service! We will definitely be back!
Absolutely no disappointment with any product or service purchased here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will happily have my bike serviced here again.

Hopefully, the service department is able to fully staff employees soon to help with lengthy service turnaround times. Although I did get my bicycle serviced at another Trek location already, I genuinely appreciate the help with researching a matter completely unrelated to the first encounter! I'll be dropping by soon to purchase a new accessory.

Chris was an exceptional sales rep - gave suggestions and talked me through decisions with no judgement or pressure to purchase. And bike service was exceptionally friendly and helpful in troubleshooting my partners bike seat issue.
The service. The young man was not thrown off by me bringing in wheelchair wheels and tires to be put on. He wasn’t sure he could do it but accepted the challenge cheerfully and sure enough he was able to do it. Lots of places, and even one of the other employees there, immediately say no, but not him. He worked it out and completed the job. He is an employee to be valued and a great ambassador for your company.
