I’ve only been in the store once and that was to purchase a specific item. With that said, a staff member immediately came over to greet my son and I. She asked if we needed any help, listened to us and then made recommendations. She even gave us a discount. We got what we came for and we’re happy.

My friend and I stop by on a whim while out for a ride. Chris was very informative about what MTB would serve us for the low level riding we would be doing. It is refreshing to see a sales person that isn’t pushing, just helpful. When I picked up the bike Rylan was polite and concerned about any questions I might have.
