It was nice to be greeted and helped right away. The service was personalized to meet my needs including options. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Sam and Ty are a the best employees you might have! Knowledgeable, kind, dedicated to making sure bike riding is fun, safe and enjoyable for me and my sweetheart. My husband has an older bike that they have running in top shape now that keeps up with my newer lighter bike. I can enjoy going on bike rides again with him. I changed bike shops because of these two wonderful employees of yours. I recommend to any one that asks to head on on over to TREK in Centerville.

I take my bike for service and they take care of me but they always try to upsell me on the service and repairs every visit which is a little too high pressure for me.

Amazing Service and Help. They put together 13 bikes for my pathfinder scholarship recipients no questions asked. They went above and beyond in setting up the bikes and putting on a New Bike night for all of our riders.

I’ve always had a great experience at the Trek store in Centerville, but my last visit exceeded my expectations! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I was blown away by how well they tuned-up my son’s bike. It was like getting a brand-new bike back! I cannot recommend these dudes enough. My next bike is definitely going to be a Trek that I purchased from this store.
