Trek has very good quality bikes and excellent service. I'm not great at maintenance, and they are fantastic at explaining everything to me. They answer all of my questions and help me find the right bike that fits my needs and my budget.

I'll go straight to service, the products speak for themself, I own a Verve...but everytime I call or go in, it's an experience like we all want when we spend our money. Can't say enough about Sam. Even waiting while he's busy with another custormer, he's there to really make it right. I have a successful Tree care company for 35 years. I'm always impressed how he and his team are right on it. Thank you for such service. When it's time, I'll buy my next bike from them...

I've used lots of other mid to high end mountain bikes and Trek is by far the most durable. We own 4 Trek MTBs and 1 Trek E-Bike. They stand by their products, they build quality stuff and use quality components. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
